Had a massive loss myself not due to lack of descipline. Made $600 in two day and became too much confident then in four days I had a loss of -$500. Stragegy 70 profitable. So I know what he means when he talks about being desciplined.
intraday tradings need lots of experience about the market. quite a lot. its definitely not for a beginner. For beginners intraday trading should be considered as a learning rather then earning.

When you use your strategy along with the billions of the done deals average that makes the graph movement, then you are pinning the tail on the donkey. If you are studying a companies track record with a view to buying into that company then you can make tangible attempts to ascertain when to buy or sell though of course its still a risk. When you are trading the forex, you are choosing your trading in and out points based on what millions of traders are doing with billions of pounds ongoing, plus natural economy fluctuation which in its self is highly complex, all of which makes the graph change direction. To claim that your winning trade was skill, means you know what everyone else is doing, when, for how much, and the effect it will have on the graph momentarily. “Let the market come to you” exactly right, forcing a trade is the worst thing you can do. And over trading, learn to stop when it’s time to stop
