The biggest problem with the Apple watch is that it only works with an Apple phone. There's far more choice of styles, features and prices in Android phones so an Apple phone will never be an option for me. Secondly the battery life on the Apple watch is completely unacceptable - less than a full day if you actually use it a lot. After trying several smart watches, I bought the Amazfit GTS 2 in gold, the perceived quality is actually better than the Apple watch and its slimmer and lighter and using its features extensively I still get 4 to 5 days to a charge. For me 3gb is fine and room for plenty of music. Also for me, its much easier to fit (and there's also almost infinite choice of) a quality strap, so its a watch for all occasions.
As an Apple Watch user, I agree. I’ve been checking out other watches but I wish the ones I’ve been checking out had full compatibility with the iPhone. The only thing keeping me with the Apple Watch is the the activity tracking and Siri. I’m really wanting a T-Rex pro. Apple needs to get their shit together with the battery life, if I could get 3 days out of a battery without going to power saving mode that would be nice 🥲
