I bought this printer on EBAY for about $65. from someone I believe couldn't figure out how to use it and was reselling it new in the box. The instructions in the box are for a label printer with labels on rolls. Doesn't even look like the printer in the box. Following Amazon comments on the printer (called MFLABEL) I found the driver that works and downloaded. So far, works great for a great price!! I have even seen it in places for as low as $57. Was worth the chance compared to $169. for the Rollo. If it breaks in a year, how can you beat the price?
I also have the MFLABEL branded version of this. I have had pretty decent luck with it over the past year. I've not done the calibration and occasionally have the weird feed issue. Overall pretty solid and very affordable.
@@bizarresale thanks for the personal experience, I always love hearing them. I wonder if MFlabel calibrated them for 4 x 6 before they sold them. That would make it a lot easier for people that don't know how or that they need to calibrate this one.
For 57 dollars I would give it a try but not for 100. When I was looking for a printer I stumbled across this very same printer and couldn't find any review videos but the amzon ratings were terrible so I avoided it. 100 dollars for a year of frustration and possible breakdown seems steep.
*Absolutely love the **Bestt.Digital** Label Printer! I have needed a label printer to make shipping orders so much easier but the fact that i got it in such a pretty color. Top notch! Prints nicely*
It looks like it might be a 3 prong DIN Port. Which is very rare now days. Definitely agree to the typical printer style port would be ideal! Always learn a lot from your videos! 👍🏼👍🏼
Man! Won a subscriber from Brazil :) I sell here and I have my eye on this printer, I will look at your channel in search of more videos! I'm almost buying this the difference here in Brazil is: This printer imported from Alixpress (if you do not pay a fee) = 500.00 BRL Zebra 1600 BRL = X Minimum salary 1200 lol Big hug friend. Thank you thank you!
Thank you so much for the reviews, I need a mobile, 4x6 label printer...what would you recommend? I am usually on the go, or should I just buy a desktop printer and get a cigarette adapter to connect the printer?
Thanks for another informative video 😊 Because of the low price point, and the fact that it’ll work with my phone, I’m gonna give it a shot! Cracking up at the manual though 🤷🏻♀️ Also, can’t wait to hear the beeps 😂🤣😂
I have the same exact printer in about every fifth label you print it gets off and wastes an extra label, you mentioned about needing the calibrate this that's probably what my printer needs. Do you have a tutorial or something that shows how to calibrate this exact unit so I can quit wasting labels please?
George Brooke does amps matter cause I do not know anything about power adapter but bottom of my mflabel says 24v 2.5A and the epson power adapters I found on eBay say 24v 1.6A or 2.3A do u have a link of the one I can get cheap
Thank you for this review! I didn’t know about this printer. Seems like a decent option for $100. Looking forward to your next vid about it before I buy. Can you comment on not only how fast the label prints but also how fast it starts to print after you select to print a label. For example their is a significant delay for zebra compared to dymo.
Hi, I have a MFLABEL printer, 4x6 thermal. It's all set up etc, but when I'm printing ebay labels, it's printing the label very small and wrong orientation. Do you know how to make it print normal size and the correct orientation? Thanks for your help.
Hi you'll have to change the settings on eBay. They are default 8.5x11 and the printer needs 4x6. Thanks for watching 😊 you'll sort it out in no time 👍
Hey, I like your videos on the various printers, but you asked about the power adapter and said you thought it was proprietary. Well, it's a standard three pin barrel that's used in many thermal printer. Please specs on various Epson (like TM-T88 for example) that are used in many grocery stores. That's only on make and model, but there are SOOOOOO many other models and brands. Like AXIOHM, Bixolon,Citizen, Star Micronics. You can easily buy replacement power bricks with either a figure of 8 or clover leaf adapters. Similar to one you'd find on a laptop. I could post a link to the adaptors, but I'm not paid, sponsored etc. So I won't ;) but you would be looking at prices from $7.50USD for a generic power supply to around $25USD for a genuine Espon power supply. Anyways, hope that helps. Please keep up the great work
@@thecollegepicker If you watch your video back from (7:16) then you clearly comment on not liking the"3 pin plug" and prefer the barrel style cable on Zebra!!! So yeah, you did say it!!! 😝
That power port looks a lot like that on the Epson POS printers, and those photos in the manual also look like the Epson series. As for the fan-fold concern, Rollo makes a fan-fold label holder that also has a roller bar insert to hold roll labels. Doesn't fix the space issue, but does allow for use of roll style labels.
So i can use this label printer to print shipping labels for my small buisness and usps will accept it? I got confused when he mentioned the dots per second.
Hi, the best one right now is the brother ql-1110nwb! Sold out at most places and can be bought way overpriced on ebay, hopefully the prices will change when they are back in stock.
Just won one of these on an eBay auction. It said new open box. But noticed only after I bid that it said only item in the picture and there was no power cord in the photo. Where can I get a power plug?
Hi! I'm actually not sure. I think it's the same as Epson printer some people said. 😬 I hope you can find something, it's actually one of the points I made in the video, that I'm not sure about the power supply replacement.
@@thecollegepicker I emailed the manufacturer on their website. Hopefully they can send me a replacement cheap. I only paid 18 with shipping so I have some wiggle room. If not Ill check out the epson plugs.

Im just now starting out . Not to many sale i need something under $100 . Can i use my iPhone to print

I am still using this thermal printer but I am wondering if I can get a wireless print server to make it WiFi compatible to bring from my iPhone?
There is a way to do it with a raspberry pi but it's not exactly an easy process.

Does it work with etsy shipping labels? Also can you print from android mobile devices.
Etsy has 4x6 label settings so yes on Etsy. Android yes but I haven't made a tutorial yet 🤫
