- Today, you will learn how to remove SIM card from the iPhone 15 Pro Max. This step-by-step video tutorial will show you how to insert SIM card iPhone 15 Pro Max, and then how to take the SIM card out of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max.
What You Need:
Nano-SIM card from your smartphone cellular provider, the SIM ejection tool inside the iPhone box. If you lost the sim card ejection tool, you can use anything with a dull end, like a paperclip or earring. Don't use anything sharp as it could damage the iPhone 15 Pro SIM card slot.
Please note, that not all models of iPhone 15 have a SIM card Slot for example if you are buying in the USA.

My 15 does not have SIM card slot
None of them do anymore - at least not in US. They are all eSIM design.

Just got a new iphone 15 pro. I used a lot of force with the pin, but could not open it. The hole bottom is solid. I can open it in samsung phone easily. What could be wrong? Thanks.
Could be faulty or just tight. Maybe take it to Apple to see if they can open it or check it.
If your iPhone 15 was purchased in the US it won’t have a SIM tray / card. It uses an eSIM. The phone he’s using in the example above is not an iPhone 15. New iPhones are made from Titanium and that’s not Titanium. Looks like an iPhone 13, which was the last model to have a SIM tray in the US.
This process will not work for the iPhone 15 Pro as it does not have a sim card tray.

Only iPhones built for USA don’t have physical SIM cards. The rest of the world still uses physical SIM.

Correct, iPhone 15’s in the US only have eSIMs. Outside of the US they come with physical dual Sims. And the iPhone in this video is definitely not an iPhone 15. Looks like an iPhone 13, which was the last model to have a SIM tray in the US.

If you have an iPhone 15, 15 Plus/Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max built for the United States, they do not have SIM card slots anymore. You would use eSIM.

Damn of course USA makes it idiot proof lol. I was trying to swap it into an old android so I could tether it to my laptop and not have to use a hotspot because Verizon sells an unlimited plan, they just don’t tell you outright that it has a 25GB limit so aggravating. No matter through WiFi, Bluetooth or even the wire. Anyone know any good workarounds for sharing your cell network with a laptop that DOESNT use hotspot???
I would try to look for an app that maybe works around this but doubt something like that would just be sitting in the app store.

I came to TH-cam to ask a question and this is the answer that they give me so I take my case off of my phone which I have a OtterBox case and it’s not easy to undo it and take it out. So I get it off my phone turn my phone to the sides and look for the whole like this stupid video says and does not not there..
