So after watching your video I just took the simm card out of my crushed phone and put it in the old phone and Bam !! Im up and running! I didn't even realize Iphones even had a Sim card. OMG ! I cant believe it was this simple !! Thanks!!!!!

Thanks by following you closely I realised I had switshed trays in my phone my I 6S and my I 11. Also no videos on tray will not go back in told me I had an isolated problem. So your patient instruction slowed my brain to figure out my mistake. Thanks
I'm pushing the ejector in but the sim card slot WON'T come out. Edit: I finally got it. I underestimated how hard I had to push in. I was worried I would break it.

Girl... I thought I was pressing hard and the tray still didn't come out. I thought I was doing something wrong. I had to put the phone in my lap and push down with both hands!!
I opened mine after my phone ended up in washing machine!!! Huge mistake! It gets worse, I was trying really hard to get it open to take out SIM card and after watching this video, something came out flying, but never saw or found the SIM card, I started crying!!! this has been so trying and awfully frustrating!!! And phone won't turn on on top of that!!!! Ughhh

@@DHTV my sim card is somehow popping up when ejected, so the cradle comes out part of the way and then the card stops it from fully ejecting. I had to get the case disassembled in order to press on the card as the tray was pulled in order to keep the card flat. Fixed! Just surprised and aggravated that when I search for the problem, it's all how to open the cradle.

Usually most sims will fit into other phones, especially iPhones to iPhones.

If it's just the tray then you can buy a new one. If it's the SIM card, your carrier could send you another one. Other then that I'm not sure.

Your sim holds your number. You could put it in any phone and the number will stay the same.

That’s a rough day… Your best bet is to take in for repair to Apple. Either way if it won’t turn on, it needs something done.
