I've ran the ZRP bearing on my 850 Polaris in the past and it requires some lubricant like grease and also needs to be tended to often. Your best bet is the skidoo Isoflex grease or something like that. Don't need tons obviously but it definitely needs something. Even though I stayed on top of mine it wasn't doing well after 1 season. I'm going to say it's probably something that needs cleaning and fresh grease every 5-8 hundred miles maybe with a quality grease like the doo iso flex bearing grease it would have a longer lasting life. But definitely not going to last dry. I've installed on my Father's 800 Polaris also and because he doesn't ride as much and in a heated garage all winter his wasn't terribly bad when we checked it this summer but it was definitely due for cleaning and fresh lube. Just my history with them. I'd like to try the doo grease that's really good quality and doesn't need a lot to keep the bearing alive. But I since went back to trusted slick shift washers that require no maintenance. Just because they are less work and still work just as well for me. I couldn't tell any significant difference between the slick shift poly washers and the bearing. But awesome build and doing all the right things to make it super responsive. Good luck and hope you have a great season. 👍

Any interest in trying out a Catalyst when the bigger engine comes out? I’ve been looking for a good snowmobile TH-camr who is mostly AC content!

Of course. It is used during final install. This video is an install of the parts before it is sent to TJ Patrick for his lighten and balance work, which I stated in the video. He has to disassemble everything for his inspection, so why would I put lock tight on to waste it and make His job harder ? Lmao
