I ordered the clutch kit from Will at VSP ,i hope to try it out this weekend on my 2023 BoostVR1 129".I also got my clutch alignment bar from TKI ,my clutch was out quite a bit .
The weights are a proprietary design of Wills. So the info about the weights and the set screws and placement don’t mean anything unless a person buys the weights from him. I would check your clutch alignment, and also float the secondary .120”, not the factory spec of .010”-.050” is not enough to allow for proper alignment all the way through the primary and secondary’s motion of travel. The float spec used to be .120” for the edge chassis sleds with the team secondary/p85 (or P22) and it requires the same now.
My dads 2023 vr1 boost had the spider stripe the splines. It’s at the dealer now getting looked at. Have you ever seen this before? I see rmk had a billet spider upgrade now.
I’m interested in watching the mechanical side of all your projects instead of the cut scene and only describing what you plan on doing. Can you buy a phone mount stand and include doing the work?
If you're just trail riding, it makes no sense at all to change stock clutching and a lot longer belt life on stock For Trail Riding and save some money ben there done that spent Thousands of dollars on up grades and more then 85% of the time stock was better
sorry you think thank and must have been running the wrong kits. VSP is an all around improvement over stock including belt longevity. Will (owner of VSP) is an absolute wizard with these kits. these kits are not like the others.

i have never seen that! Just the 9R mountain sleds got the billet spider believe

Ok does velocity sled performance have variety clutch kits like for ice drags or are they only doing improve performance for your stock sled?
they will build you whatever you want!
