Questions: 1.) What is a good rule of thumb when hanging the yoga straps? 2.) How far apart to put the metal connections in ceiling beam? 3.) How long should you set the length to body measurements? Thank you for this nice video for beginners!
I hope you found the answers to you question. But just in case... 1. You can use daisy chains to adjust the height of your handles biased on the practice you are doing (they will come in your kit). 2. Standard distance is 18-20 inches apart. 3. Standard height is set to the hip flexors while standing on your toes for a basic inversion. But you can change it a low height practice which is also amazing.
I have this exact hammock! Pretty much have only just hung upside down for some self traction until recently. It is exciting to find more poses and activities to use. Namaste
Thank you so much for this! Mine was just delivered today. It made more sense to buy one of these over an inversion board, for space, flexibility and financial reasons. Looking forward to trying it out for the first time with your video.
I got mine yesterday hooked it all up outside like yours and I did some of the easier beginner things but it felt so good on my back I swear I wanted to cry I loved watching this today before I go out you are terrific I'm so excited to get more familiar with my air yoga
Thank you! Just got my swing and had no idea where to start! I’m good to have so much fun! Also, makes sense but I have a slight curve in my spine that can sometime be painful/restricting when trying to stretch, so happy to work on it with this! Again a big thanks!
I just received this today and I can’t believe how much this helped my lower back just from me doing that “wheel” pose for like 20 seconds...excited to learn how to really use it
Thank you! The video I've been searching for. 🙌🏾 & No joke before you even cradled yourself in the trapeze I was already there 😂 I felt so relaxed I got sleepy.
This may sound strange, but I wouldn't hang upside down too long while legs are wrapped in tension because it slows and stops blood to the legs. Maybe only stay inverted for 30 seconds? I was doing upside down situps and then stretching and was upside down too long causing some muscle bruising. No long term issues and prior this CURED extreme sciatic nerve pain from kickboxing. It's a great investment for a ZehnRoom
I’m in so much pain. My boyfriend is setting up my trapeze right now so I can try and see if this will help because I have decreased space between my discs in my tailbone from an injury 5 years ago. Literally crying from pain today. Some days are worse than others. But I have a feeling this will help me.
Definitely feel like im too big for this and noticed im not as strong to pull my self up as i use to be and i had shoulder surgery last may maybe i need to wait a bit longer
Love this, thanks!! I watched in anticipation of the arrival of my new yoga swing & was so stoked to see how clearly you explained the poses, but especially cause I recognized the quality of light & local flora. The second video confirmed my suspicion, it's like a mini-visit home! That wheel, tho!!!
Can you please show a version for beginners that dosnt requier you to have massive amout of upperbody strength as shown here to get in to the trapeze..most people cant life there whole body weight by there arms.
I need to swim but pools are closed due to the bug. Please anyone tell me if this allows me that full body stretch I get when swimming. Thank you so much to the one who answers. 🙏
... okay now how do those of us who are over 3 o and overweight get into ours because I couldn't even do that move where you lift your legs and roll up like that in high school.
The trapeze should hang where it is just at your lower back. It shouldn’t be above your head. Or certainly not for beginners. They should not be going upside down with it this high off the ground.
I am not sure why but it hurts my lower back some from the fabric when I hang upside down. Especially when I let my arms go all the way down. I feel like Im using alot of leg strength too and I cant stay down long. Is this normal?
Not at all! I’ve done yoga trapeze work before, I’m familiar with the moves. I felt confident in my skills and strength that I could flip into the trapeze. Pride cometh before the fall. I did it but I flipped missing my target nearly popping my shoulders out of the sockets.
An important aspect to Yoga is connecting breath to movement. There is a kind of breath called Ujayi breath that is an audible breath if done correctly. Ahh, the more you know! Namaste
My yoga swing is all I need thanks!
Loving the background music very relaxing.
Thanks! I am so stretched! Working on fixing bad posture and I haven’t bent in this direction in a long while!

I love the Nam Miojo Renge Kyo intro. It really has nothing to do with yoga but he that chant is pretty relaxing.
Grateful!! 🙏 so much.

Mee too. ! I don’t know how to get in it and can’t do the way she did it :(
This is better than an inversion table and inversion boots.
I’m having trouble locating the next video for yoga trapeze. Did you post a more advanced one?
I need to swim but pools are closed due to the bug.
Please anyone tell me if this allows me that full body stretch I get when swimming.
Thank you so much to the one who answers. 🙏
This girl rocks
Amazing. 🙏
Nice amazing
Can you show how you put your trapeze on the tree you show in video
I really really like your hair and your gray yoga sports bra and your yoga tight pants joy😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰

Hanging upside down helps you become more unbiased? What did she say?! Lol
From where you buy this ?
I am not sure why but it hurts my lower back some from the fabric when I hang upside down. Especially when I let my arms go all the way down. I feel like Im using alot of leg strength too and I cant stay down long. Is this normal?
was there ever a second one?
I love mine
Can I mount to a wall ?
Mount to a ceiling
Yogaswings.com has a wall mount for it
I spoke to the jewels and he told me that he was jealous of you..
Nothing makes you grow taller.
No it won't make you grow taller as such but hanging upside-down like this does give you a little more hight
mmmmmm hahhhhhh
this is not for beginners...
Why not ?
Then why does it say “beginner”? Not a criticism, just curious

I feel the lady is very good it's all nice and slow she explains moves well so yes its fine for a beginner
Why is yours so high?????? Mine is at pubis level.
Great video except for that wretched noise you are making when you exhale. It's possible to breathe without that loud awful noise
Drellah lol yooo omg was that really necessary!?
its called deep breathing, maybe you should try it.
I really think that is to make us see the moment you are supposed to exhale, I think it's all right.
don't be rude
