My second trapeze practice ever! Thank you Joy for leading! This definitely worked my core unlike anything else I’ve done before. Totally worth picking up my own trapeze to practice at home.

Woohoo! You kicked butt, total natural! You should definitely get a trapeze. ^_^

There are so many more benefits that come from improving core strength than how your midsection looks, including improved posture, better balance, reduced back pain and easier breathing.

What do you recommend for people who can’t do the second exercise (inverted shoulder stand)? I‘m having a lot trouble with that one because my core/upper body are not strong enough to support me!

I'd suggest setting up with one foot in and one foot on the floor and focus on hold plank. Then switch to the other foot. You can try lifting your hip it will look somewhat like down dog. Work up to plank with both feet in.
One more mortification would be to hold with forearms instead of hands. It might give you more control.

That second exercise is not for beginners, it states in a different video that it requires great upper body strength and that it’s advanced.

      Which exercise do you mean?

I could NOT get it to work for me when I tried to go upside down! Oh well. I liked the stretching of the arms.

Oh, dang! I'm about to post another beginner tutorial for the trapeze. It totally breaks down how to get upside-down. ^_^

Oh dang. I'll note that feedback, thank you. It's certainly not the easiest to gage as everyone's beginner level is different. 🤗
