Worth noting, the red bar on the 900 mk1 he describes as the waveform display is not the waveform. You would need to select into an individual track in order to see that. The waveform is actually a couple pixels taller than the red bar, although realistically it's not much clearer.

Need your assistance. I’m using the 900 nexus at the DJ lab at my local college. I cannot figure out why I can only see the waveform at the bottom but not the bigger wave form. Any ideas why??

So will my USB load the hot cues I set in rekordbox onto CDJ 900s? I don’t even need to use the hot cue buttons but I just want those points saved

Where is the HID mode on the 900 nexus???? it was there on the standard 900
thats is based on the software you are trying to use.. that is not pioneers fault... the software company (serato, traktor, virtual dj) all have the choice if they want to include the cdj's HID to their program.

Just bought some today, upgraded from XDJ RX. I had cue points that showed on my XDJ from rekordbox, but don’t show on the 900nexus. What can I do? Obviously I’ve just got today so no clue yet.
cue points do not show up on 900 nexus. The only thing that shows is the "memory cues"
thanks for this comment it's pretty much just helped me decide to not upgrade from the rx2 to this. but now i have to spend more on a 2000 which is annoying

no not on the cdj 900 nexus but you buy the denon sc5000 its 200 bucks cheaper then the 900 and it has everything including being able to play two tracks from one cdj
