Looks very square shaped, but that logo at the back and at finger scanner is to fall for (i'm a BB fan) and i've heard blackdroid keeps bbHub wich is a good friend for everyday life.
I think now with BlackBerry a software company, the phones should be very secure. Always had BlackBerry phones and still do and I think that security is number one feature for me in any phone. Interesting to see new 2018 BlackBerry phones and base my decision.
I have this phone I actually picked it up when I first saw it launch about a year ago now can say honestly best phone BlackBerry made is the motion and the fingerprint doesn't give me any problems and I know jerryrigeverything channel agrees as he does a review and teardown

The security is their bread and butter and built in from the ground up with a hardened kernel so they would have to do away with the security aspect to allow rooting.
The BlackBerry 10 OS is by far the best mobile OS ever created to date. It's unfortunate they will not be coming out with it anymore. At least for now.

Adewale Ogunleye That chip makes the phone run for 2 days ! It's powerful & quick. More secure than most phones. Multi tasking is a breeze. First time a 5.5" screen on a blackberry! Great to play music on it with headphones.
Rex Luminus SD625 is powerful and quick compared to what? Previous blackberry devices or other similarly priced Android devices like the oneplus 5T? A 4yr old chipset is a snail compared to today's tech and media content are most likely optimized to be best with the latest and gteatest around. The motion running slow for two days will only annoy me. Devices running on SD835 and better graphics already do a full day without any serious issues. Blackberry security does not have much value to the average consumer which is why iOS and android necer skipped a beat to the legacy BBOS or BB10 so why would i pay a premium for and android running slower than most because it touts BB security? Mulittasking and playing music are established features on all devices and I'm pretty sure this device doesn't do it better than any other device on the market

I bought it. Great phone, 4 GB of ram, long battery life, great build quality. My third blackberry and hopefully many more.

If Blackberry allowed a bootlaoder unlock and rooting I would be interested.

why is the bottom bezel so ridiculous in size? it kills the slick design for me.
