@@GadgetRevNowI think its because of how Samsung and Apple are dominating the market, other brands, especially the smaller brands, make their phones in a way that they would resemble a Samsung or Apple phone to be more appealing. This is why Samsung flagships and iPhones still feel way better and look better because their designs are unique and original unlike other companies that just copy them
You can't run some newer apps that aren't supported on the older Android version. Unless you want to hack the phone to accept Android updates, but I've never done that.
Yes, I use mine periodically. The phone still has a harden security kernel, which means it can not be jail broken . The built in DTEK security system will still alert you if anything (Malware) gets on it. It will keep the OS from being modified. I also have current Malwarebytes security protection on it Also, the specific Blackberry apps (Locker, Privacy Shade and Password keeper) are still relevant and useful. My battery still last a day, when new...it lasted two days.
Strarted to look for a replacement ,,, For MY MOTION , I MISS IT A LOT .... The android phones currently avalable , are stating to get on my nevers... Thaere not as flexible as the MOTION ,,, and i've ebeen etting all kinds of PUBLICITY that the OLD android 8 was not recieving... New version of Android may be safe , but they are also full of CRAP to get you to pay to have more ... basic options
You must gotten a bad one I have the same phone witch I am typing with now it plays call of duty mobile without a issue all apps like Facebook you tube you tube music are fast and no issues 32gb card mine is handling a 512 card
