The sill level of the first double-bedroom window is too high (more than 1100mm) so cannot be qualified as escape window. How to solve this problem?
The dining area is too small. All the radiators are too small, not warm enough in the winter. As a whole, it's a lovely house for a small family.

Switch off the main power and then the alarm system is off. Poor design.

基本上不須要向Council申請。但還須看前面馬路的情況，如有沒有地底公共設施，雙黃線，公家草地等等
