Some one had a VR game at a shopping mall in New Orleans it was $10 for 10 minutes 😅

Really interesting to see Zombieland doing better than VR Agent which is sad given the amount of work put into those. Now we can grasp once again the power of big licences.

It's possible it's the license although I think it might be more just zombies. The game had no personality from the movies from what I played, so if it is there, they buried it a bit.
On a related note, Time Crisis 5 did not do very well, I believe it's the worst performing of the series. Now if it involved shooting zombies or aliens or robots, it'd probably go over better with what people seem to want these days.

Since Scarlet Dawn and Walking Dead did fine then your guess is probably right if it's working for zombieland as well. I recall a long episode where you talk about zombie games and I feel you 😅 At least Sega tried.
What surprises me most is people willing to play a 30fps (or worse) VR game, I thought this was just a temporary issue.

Most of these games look unimpressive. Hologate seems to be one of the few that spend a lot of money on content. I’ve used that before and been impressed.

All these generation VR arcade systems are terrible investments due to survivability issues in the public Broken Headsets dirty lenses you need self cleaning system maybe air blowers on lenses and survival design for headset
