Memberships and subscriptions go a long way toward making it happen. Thank you 😆
Membership members will see the video first
If you learn the swing as a separate movement, you will not be able to understand the process and principle of the swing. This is because the learner only sees the 'result' of the point where the movement is separated.
All about badminton lectures, lessons, how to play badminton, smash, serve, basic (backhand) skills, matches, steps, etc.! You can see it in full swing badminton 🤔
00:00 What the hell are you teaching?
00:43 This is the real backswing
01:58 This is the real throwing

Practicing in a darkened badminton court... When others have gone home you still stay to teach. Thank you for the hard work and love for badminton, Coach! Ever since I started watching your videos and applying your lessons, I have noticed that I'm not so tired and hurting like before. Express the full swing is natural and not painful. You have made badminton even more beautiful and enjoyable for me Coach thank you ❤️

You are making badminton that suits you and suits you well. Congratulations.
And... so that the viewers can concentrate, the lighting was intentionally dimmed during the training session and filmed. Isn't the dark atmosphere bad?

Ah I see, the darkened court is not bad. It just feels like everybody went home already and the court is closed 😁 but It is actually very peaceful and the viewer can really focus on a very very very important lesson: Most of the time, changing a bad habit from an incomplete lesson is very hard. Chopping a swing into parts can help a new student understand. BUT, it must also be taught that the swing should be one flowing movement. Like dancing.

      Like dancing :-)

Been practicing in the court all the teachings and tips. I saw an improvement in the way my smashes are and the swing takes the game to the next level.....Always look with your chest....not your eyes....

A steady gaze is very important in ball sports. That's why you have to look at it with your heart. good luck.

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  2 ปีที่แล้ว
