Thank you! The diagram @4:35 is invaluable! Considering they sell a dual-mount pedestal, I have no idea why a 2-unit wiring diagram is not given in the instructions.
I have to add that I appreciate how you explained the breaker configurations and loads because this was another part of the job that was confusing to me.
Wow! One of the best instructional videos I have ever seen. Each step in extreme detail, very well explained. I especially like the way you explained to expect the red error lights and how to get through that. The diagrams were also very helpful. Thank you!
This is great content, thank you! I'm curious, do you plan on adding more electrical appliances? It would be interesting to see these two linked chargers connected to an Energy Management System (load shed).
Just what I was looking for. I am planning 2 48A units. It would have been better with close ups of the boards and controls. Where did you get this info from? Is it in the instructions?
there was a pdf available, I am having a hard time finding it, but im sure if you contact callbox, they can make it available. The issue I had was that the document didn't show only 2-boxes, so I had to do some investigating, and spent time with callbox customer service to figure it out
Question: Did you have an electrician, or yourself, do a load calculation on the incoming panel to determine if there is capacity for an additional 50A load to be applied to your service? Also noticed was no GFCI 50A circuit breaker, required by the 2020 NEC, for a plug-n unit.
@@dancrane2 oh, ok. I'm thinking about buying this charger instead of the chargepoint, specifically for the power sharing capability (for possible future use), and also because it works with Google home. Would you still recommend it? Good video, and thanks for the replies!
Just a quick thank you for this! Did my load-sharing setup today, and your video was way more helpful than the official documentation. Nice job!

Great Video! Thank you!

God voice over work on a scheme segment ))

Hi, do you think power sharing and power boost can be configured together?
I have no idea, maybe a question for wallbox to answer.
So that scedonary 14-50 outlet is powered by the 1st outlet, connected by Romex 6-3?
No, they share the same power circuit, from the same breaker.
@@dancrane2 right, but one of the nema 14-50 outlets is powering the other, correct?
@@jasontk6968 one doesn’t power the other, they are both connected in a j-box to the main circuit.

Hi, will SHARING 2 X THHN 6 gauge wires coming from the same 60 AMP Siemens breaker to each Wallbox of the shared chargers be allowed by code?
