Thank you for this nice video ! Knowing that now HES code is compulsory to ride urban mass transportation in Istanbul and that all Istanbul cards will be integrated to the HES application. Can you please make a video on how to personalize an anonymous Istanbulkart with the mandatory HES code to be able to use transportation means in Istanbul?. Thanks.

I am concerned that HES code will be mandatory for foreign tourists visiting Istanbul. HES code is already compulsory for staying at hotels, for entering shopping centres and now for using Istanbul urban transportation from metro to buses. Life is getting complicated ! Nothing is easy as used to be... 😔😔
