Bien's honesty is my absolute favorite thing about these two episodes. His realness about relationships, being yourself, learning how to be yourself through a relationship/ a marriage its refreshing to have someone who's honestly talking about marriage and partnerships.
I always loved Bien as a vocalist & songwriter then I watched his interviews on CTA & Over 25. And now on ManTalk. I love his way of thinking and his aura - confidence & realness.
He knows he is a celebrity but he also knows he is a human being. And I love that! So relatable!

It's how Bien humanizes whatever topic he speaks about for me, his perspective makes his interviews wholesome!
I love this aura of men talking about self love ,vulnerability, accountability, relationships, time and also not being sensitive when beautiful is used to praise a man who's gradually doing the work❤

It's 2 am as I am writing this.
This episode for me actually came in the right moment. I was just feeling low and very depressed and I was just there scrolling through TikToks and I stumbled on a video where Oscar was telling Eli the basis of his obsession with on people and it felt like he was talking to me. I just decided to come and just watch an episode and luckily this was my first episode. I've learnt so much and you guys have impacted a lot on me. I needed this. Thanks Bien for the knowledge and for the music ( I've been a fan since I was 6 years old). Eli and Oscar keep up the good work. As Bien said, you guys came just when society needed to talk on our mental health.

Yes, we get to experience where the male mind is at in terms of relationships with self and those around them in aspects of social, economic, spiritual, and many others fonts, but it's also refreshing to hear and experience how as a young person I can relate to this conversations and take lessons of personal growth and development without being limited to being a lady. This was the best episode yet. Thank you.
