Thank you for this recipe. It was delicious. I didn’t add any additional water because I use soft chicken. I just used the blended vegetable they produce extra water which was enough to continue cooking it. Smell and tasted so great

What does mature chicken mean? It's been dead for longer or chicken on the bone?

Wow, this means chicken contains lots of oil. This looks yummy and delicious.

Also what if I use beef instead? Would the flavors still me same? I’m guessing I might have to add oil right? Thank you

You happen to put too much of the ingredients which mask the aroma and taste of the chicken.

Nope it didn't!!! It was just perfect. The chicken was 1 whole large mature chicken!! Super yummy

I would always be tempted to put a little sugar to balance out the flavours. Tell me I'm wrong lol

You mean when it tastes too acidic? That’s when I try to balance it. Perhaps her recipe tastes ok…

Hi Claudy can one roast the peppers and tomato mix prior to adding in the chicken? I like the easy recipe. Your recipes are amazing

Is there a reason for using fresh veggies instead of oven roasted ones? I'd be too tempted to at least roast the bell peppers

    • @CookingWithClaudy
