I had a 335i coupe with 130,000 miles. Wear and tear items aside it only needed a water pump. I live in Canada and it was originally an Illinois car. Starts fine at -40C without ever needing a jump and it performs well when I take it to hot n high Colorado and Arizona in the summer. I needed a more practical daily so I traded it in for a VW Golf. Given if it was a sedan or wagon I would still be driving it.
The car you "hide" is actually the only car I genuinely think is really nice that you have shown us. Good luck with the sale. I am one of the weirdos that thinks the coupe is a gorgeous car. Good luck with the sale 😃
I actually did deliver pizza in an M Coupe back in high school/college!! It was my dad's car, but he got a Golf R as his daily, so I ended up driving the M. I got a job at the pizza place down the street cause obviously getting paid to drive around all day and eat pizza constantly is about as good as it gets. I can confirm the trunk can fit two of the large insulated pizza bags next to each other (so about 8 large pizzas comfortably), with room for another large bag in the passenger seat if needed. I never had a sign on the top of the car, but we did at one point try to use the little flags you clip on the windows. I only got pulled over on a delivery once!
I must admit I'm reassured to see your Rapide parked up front and not on any of the lifts (as the DB7 often was) indicating its regular use and - with no obvious videos or complaints about things breaking or failing - it appears to be providing reliable service too. Who would have expected that from a bespoke British marque, having been purchased by Hoovie?
I guarentee Tyler doesn't know anything about twisted metal, that is pennywise on the wall and although that laugh sounds like the password noise in TM4 I bet he doesn't know that
This made me cry. I had to sell mine a few years ago. Had it for about 15 years. Such an awesome car. 😭😭😭😭 Like he said the horsepower wasn’t great but the torque made up for it. I had many a fun nights on the road when I was a younger man and it never left me seeing taillights.

Oddly, looks like hoovie will at least break even based on the current bid compared to an overpaid purchase price of 22.5k + repairs and it helps that doug's commission fee to tyler is a promotional youtube video for cars and bids.

I have owned an M Roadster. Like you, I was disappointed with the lack of power. The real reason for the perceived lack of power is not BHP, but lack of torque. From memory, the car produces about 250ftllb. Torque is what makes a car feel powerful. As such, the only saving grace relating to this car is its ability to rev to about 7500. That's great if you like that kind of thing!
Kurt Lamprecht Just one e46 M3 touring prototype was made and you can check it on wikipedia, the car is real and was produced. Sadly, it didn't go into production, because of BMW's problematic finances or something similar.
Hoovie I delivered pizza in a e39 wagon for years. It doesn’t make your car smell like pizza and the toppers usually use big magnets and they can really fuck up the paint unless they’re brand new
I bought a new 2002 Z3 M Coupe' with the S54 engine... What a Rocket!!!! Much better engine than the S52 engine in this car here.. The S54 engine had 6 individual throttle bodies that looked beautiful, and added much more performance.. Of course, these engines need servicing AND the 7 qts of the German 10w/60 oil and filter.. This little Coupe' was an actual joy to drive the 6k mile trip from the Pacific Northwest to Texas and back many times.. The Sport Seats just held you very nicely, and never hurt or were irritating, etc., on 14-15 hours of driving straight before stopping for the night.. A few dummies tried racing me on those trips, no one could keep up with it.. It had no limiter, the speedo goes past 160 easily.. Very stable, no problems at very high speeds.. It just hunkered down and kept going like a runaway freight train on steroids..
Come on , man! Collect it these gems! You have been giving away many of these amazing collector cars! Think about all the amazing cars you sold! Could have parked them all in a place and open it to the public! Something like Hoovie's museum!
M Coupes are awesome! The 3.2 M engine is a monster (although I don't think you guys in the US get the full 321bhp engine do you?). Shame the boot floors can tear themselves to bits but not too hard get fixed. Great wee car.
In the EU it was an S50 321HP and at the end of production a S54 325HP engine, very reliable but more expensive to maintain (mainly because of the vanos system) a real coffin due to the 80's style structure but certainly a great car made to be a Porsche 911 killer
i love that car. Something so unique about it. wish it wasnt a BMW that feels like its going to shake to pieces with every startup. I oggle it every time you do a pan shot through your garage and i see it in the background.
4 ปีที่แล้ว
Hoovie could you do another video on the Mustang? Would like to see the underpinnings and the engine bay a littler closer
If you want that car but with 100 HP more then try to get the Euro version of it. Instead of the rather unimpressive engine the US version had the EU Version came with either the S50 B32, 3.2 I6 with ITBs producing 321 HP up till 2001 and for the last year of production BMW actually sold a few with the S54 B32 engine from the e46 M3, though the Z3 with that engine "only" produced around 325 HP instead of the 343 you had in the E46 due to size restriction on the exhaust caused by the Z3s shorter chassis.
Loved this car. I'm not surprised it sells for more than the convertible. A lot more practical and you know...convertibles. These hatchbacks were practical cars. I had a number of Golfs. I've seen e90s with N52s with over 200k miles. I agree maintenance is key to owning a BMW. Also as long its not loaded with a ton of tech
I have 2 E66s one a 03 760li and a 07 750li and they’re running strong at 110k and 190k miles
I’ve had 9 BMWs. All very reliable.
The car you "hide" is actually the only car I genuinely think is really nice that you have shown us. Good luck with the sale. I am one of the weirdos that thinks the coupe is a gorgeous car. Good luck with the sale 😃
Your time is up, my time is now
You can't see me, my time is now
- BMW Shoe
I can see the irony in this video, when he finally decides to make a video on the invisible BMW is to sell it, classic Tyler! 🤣
I love the „Turnschuh“ as we call the Z3 coupe in Germany.
Does that translate to something interesting?
So y’all don’t have to google it, google translate says this means “the sneaker” in German lol
Love the Twisted Metal throwback lol I used to love that game
Didn't expect Sweet Tooth to show up in a Hoovie video.
It was such a surprise
@@OnlyGetHitmarkers sweet tooth wasn't in this video
I guarentee Tyler doesn't know anything about twisted metal, that is pennywise on the wall and although that laugh sounds like the password noise in TM4 I bet he doesn't know that
Flawless Fatality definitely pennywise
“Sending it to Doug because because he’s my daddy” I’m dead
joke is Doug is younger than Tyler haha
wow he finally made the video on this bmw😂😂
This made me cry. I had to sell mine a few years ago. Had it for about 15 years. Such an awesome car. 😭😭😭😭
Like he said the horsepower wasn’t great but the torque made up for it. I had many a fun nights on the road when I was a younger man and it never left me seeing taillights.
That Twisted Metal 2 theme song threw my back to 97
I think you're going to regret letting this one go, such a great car. As always thanks for sharing. . .next time don't hold back, I've been looking at this car lurking in the background for a year!!! I love clown shoes!!!
Cars and Bids has turned so many great channels into boring car commercials.
Hoovie about to talk about the top of a car,
Dog out of nowhere: "ruff"
A truly gorgeous vehicle. I love the difference between the front and rear alloys. The rear is perfect, shame about the rear privacy though.
I always wonder if he's a fan of Jeff goldblum the way he talks is so like him especially in this vid,Great content and great cars too
Damn im literally a delivery driver i wish i could afford this 😪
No reserve on cars and bids
@@FullOfMalarky You already know it'll get too expensive
Karol Bała it already passed my budget i checked
@@seveamin1 How much?
More deliveries!
"Why buy a BMW that works?" 😂
I didn't know that was an option!
Ohhhh, the FB group gone be a buzz after THIS
Right?
What’s the group?
There's a Fb group and no one told me?
Hoovie's garage hooptie posting
Beat me to it lol
Should've bought the EU version for more power. 321 BHP. The double VANOS is a week spot and the fore mentioned Differential brackets. Still have mine though.
Greetings from Germany
You can put a Hellcat motor in an AMC Pacer. There's your 'back'and backseat.Plus there are a few for parts when you shove a vette off the track.
“Germans like ‘Badonkadonks’ “ 😂😂😂
I'm glad to find someone who can spell that word 😄
Oddly, looks like hoovie will at least break even based on the current bid compared to an overpaid purchase price of 22.5k + repairs and it helps that doug's commission fee to tyler is a promotional youtube video for cars and bids.
Here is another lengthy advert for one of your cars you are selling. This is becoming a regular feature on your channel.
True. But also a very good review of the car. Got me genuinely interested in getting into one :-)
I mean makes sense to me, creates engaging content, increases interest in the sale, and gets him more youtube revenue. If you don’t want to watch It don’t
@@addisonmorton2348 I don't want to watch it, that is why I didn't. Twat. However I did sign up to hear about his buying and repairing cars, ie: what his program is all about, I don't want to listen to a boring 10 minute advert to sell one of his cars. 47 people agree with me and Zero agree with you.
Finally! I was waiting for a video on this after seeing it in the background unacknowledged in many previous videos.
Same here, I had been tracking with what I thought was Jan 20’ but after seeing the auction ad he bought from I’ll need go back to Oct-Dec 2019 for spy shots now 🤔
I have owned an M Roadster.
Its the return of the "shooting brake" with a built-in net for the "hounds"...
One of my favourite M cars ever. I love the clown shoe.
an m3 wagon would be a good replacement for this LOL
It’s not sold in USA
@@kareemestwani2400 M3 wagon doesn't exist.
hojnikb there is one e46 m3 touring and the new ones too
Never made an M3 touring until the new one recently
14:12 Careful, Hoovie..Might end up with another baby in the family!
When I first saw the license plate, I thought it said MANTUCK. LOL
That says an awful lot about you, James.
I thought it said nutsack
I was hoping you go deliver pizzas to the car Wizard in that BMW
Come on , man! Collect it these gems! You have been giving away many of these amazing collector cars! Think about all the amazing cars you sold! Could have parked them all in a place and open it to the public! Something like Hoovie's museum!
M Coupes are awesome! The 3.2 M engine is a monster (although I don't think you guys in the US get the full 321bhp engine do you?). Shame the boot floors can tear themselves to bits but not too hard get fixed. Great wee car.
Finally addressed the phantom BMW in the background haha
I have a build series coming soon on my Z4 Coupe!
Once trust is broken....
How do we know there's not other "Secret" cars, huh, I'll answer...we don't, can't, for trust must be earned!
In the EU it was an S50 321HP and at the end of production a S54 325HP engine, very reliable but more expensive to maintain (mainly because of the vanos system) a real coffin due to the 80's style structure but certainly a great car made to be a Porsche 911 killer
I KNEW IT! I knew that's why you didn't do a video on it because it's so reliable & you like it! Lol
Bro, he had that BMW for almost 1 freking year, finally 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I spent the whole year wondering why that Clown Shoe was on the background of every video but you always acted like it didn't exist 😂
you're crazy getting rid of that - it's literally the ONLY good BMW 😳
i love that car. Something so unique about it. wish it wasnt a BMW that feels like its going to shake to pieces with every startup. I oggle it every time you do a pan shot through your garage and i see it in the background.
Hoovie could you do another video on the Mustang?
Would like to see the underpinnings and the engine bay a littler closer
One of the few BMWs I'd actually own. Beautiful design (you either love it or hate it)
If Hoovie delivered my pizza, I'd be convinced I was being punked.
Hoovie finally went completely mad and hallucinates about hoopties he never had.
And tries to sell it for $21.500, wtf! I have a 2010 M3 that likely don't fetch that. Indeed, he's lost his mind.
I'm down with hatchbacks, especially this one. I should add my current car is an 11-year-old Mazda 2 Hatch, get this, with 15 thousand miles here in Phuket. I'll be driving this for the duration. I wish I had the clown shoe.
