hi micha, if i want to increase my reps in certain weight. lets assume 15 reps with 32kg in w.chin ups. is it better to train for increasing 1rm so i will be strong enough, that lower weight will feel lighter. or train with the same weight tell i reach my goal rep?
true lol I was wondering why is my weighed dip inceassing because I alwys did way more reps with the dip than pullup instead. I was so suprissed that my dip went 20 kg up in just 2 -3 months or some but my pullup only 10 kg to 30 kg 3-5 rep range. The thing is I schouldve go slower if I wanted more progress in the weighed pullup in hypertrophy instead of jumping 10 kg more from 20 to 30 It would be better just 5 kg more because my rep range was 15 or 16 or some thought I was the king but reallity gave me a check in the pullup/ But suprisingly my dip went up I didint really even took youre strategy so seriously but suprisingly it worked. I wonder if its also possible with both together
Hello, micha. I ordered a dip belt from other company but it was just too big for me. yours seems just perfect for me ( i am a smaller guy waist of around 78-82 not sure) will it fit?. And is it safe around the pp area and not hurt the waste?. I am thinking of buying it right now. Also is the +60cm length only for tall guys or i should use it as well. I am 177cm or 5'9 and a half inch

The S belt should fit perfectly and the long chain is deffo useful for bigger plates. It’s back in stock soon!
