  • We chat backstage with Taking Back Sunday's Adam Lazzara and John Nolan as they hit the UK for their tour alongside Alkaline Trio. We talk through the upcoming 20th anniversary of their debut album 'Tell All Your Friends', featuring the huge track 'Cute Without the 'E' (Cut from the Team)'. Also, we hear about how their collaboration with The Maine, 'Loved You A Little', came together and why they decided to cover Weezer's 'My Name Is Jonas'. Plus, Adam tells us why he is looking forward to the massive When We Were Young festival later this year and we get an update on their new album plans.

Certainly in the conversation. Would also include Brand new/Deja Entendu, SDRE/Diary, maybe even Manchester’s debut I’m Like a Virgin…
Mineral/The Power of Failing is iconic. Jimmy/Clarity is another favorite of mine. Recently started listening to The Hoteliers/Home.
So many good ones. And everybody has a slightly different opinion on what constitutes emo or not.

And they're on tour in the UK so jet lag and playing shows might cause some tired wrinkliness
