@@lukehahn4784 You shouldn't feel that way though. If you know their music, you should have the inner confidence that you know you're a fan of the band and hey, if someone tries to "school" you on them, you can exhibit that you do know they're a band by sharing your favorite songs with them lol
Being a teenager myself, I mostly see other teens wear shirts from Metallica, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, and Def Leppard. Most of the teens that I do see that wear those shirts have definitely never listened to rock and it just bugs me lol. I would never wear a shirt of another band if I don't know anything about that band.
I hate it because my music is not an aesthetic. To me rock n roll is a way of life and to see it just worn around as a fashion statement and they don’t even know what they’re stating to… idk just gets to me.
Kinda sad to see those groups listed together. All leagues apart. Especially when I was really into Metallica's darker shit, Def Leppard seemed like such pop rock. I've warmed up since and will enjoy them on the radio when they come, but anything more than 1 song and I start to cringe and need some death metal or something to clean my soul.
Not only does this happen with Metal T-Shirts, but it happens with Horror movie (something I'm also passionate about aside from Metal) shirts as well which are often common at Hottopic stores. The other day I saw a young guy around his late teens and early 20s wearing a 'Hellraiser' pinhead shirt, a shirt that I also own, and I approached him and asked him "Do you know what the Lament Configuration was?" (which is a puzzle box that opens the doorway to hell in the film), and he looked at me in confusion like I had turds coming out of my ears. I then asked, "Do you know who Elliot Spencer is?" (Pinheads human name before becoming a Cenobite), and he said 'no'. I then said, "that thing on your shirt was his name once before transforming to a demon from Hell in a Horror film". He literally had no idea, and then I advised him to go watch the movies and learn before wearing that shirt again. It's bizarre that people buy things fandom or pop culture related simply for aesthetics or because 'it looks cool' especially now where it's becoming often way too common since being "Alternative" and everything associated with an alternative lifestyle is a trend these days. Kinda brings me back to my days in middle school seeing kids wearing AC/DC shirts and not having a single clue they were a band or could name a song by them other than maybe "Back in Black". My philosophy is that if you're gonna buy a shirt that's related to any fandom, whether it be based around music, movies, television, video games, or comics. Please get knowledgable and actually get interested otherwise you will be called out by the true fans or so-called "Asshole elitists" as they say of said medium.
Yeah it's what happens when people wear a nirvana shirt, I love them but over the years they started having a toxic fan base. Glad you love them though👍
Super accurate. Even though I cringe when I compliment someone’s band tee and they don’t know the band I try and see if I can make a metalhead out of them. I’ll nicely tell them cool songs to check out and related bands. And if they’re snobby after that then I’ll call them a poser.
I remember in middle school, someone quizzed me about my Nirvana hoodie (not a shirt but it was the dreaded smiley design), and I stumped them when I told them some of my favorite songs from them were Negative Creep, Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge on Seattle, In Bloom, Floyd the Barber, and I Hate Myself and Want to Die. I'm sure that the person who quizzed me expected to say "Smells Like Teen Spirit" or just say that I never heard of them, because he had no idea how to respond when I answered with their other, lesser known songs. You'll never catch me wearing a shirt with a band that I don't listen to.
My mom bought me a Led Zeppelin shirt and didn’t understand when I said I didn’t want to come of as a poser. She bought it because she saw my MegaDeth tshirt in my room. I only wear merch of bands I listen to and enjoy in order to support them.
Then Start listening to led Zeppelin and remember there song name so when people ask you song name you can give them answer..and wear it without being call a poser
Megadeth! Maybe the best show I've ever been to that didn't have a super flashy show. I crowd surfed so much they threatened to kick me out. I could see Dave and the boys noticed and I'm willing to bet they wouldn't have let that happen! 🤘
I think that's a reasonable criteria. Like you don't have to know every single song of the band you like or all the trivia about the band members but at least knowing at minimum 3 songs shows that you're aware of them and their sound and it implies that you're open to hearing more songs down the line.
I am a MASSIVE Guns N' Roses fan, and have several of their shirts (including the one that looks like the Jack Daniels logo.) I have been asked countless times to name 3 of the songs or facts about the band of whose shirt I'm wearing, and I hate the thought of having people think I'm a poser just because I am a teen wearing a classic rock or metal tee. It breaks my heart when I see someone wearing a shirt like that when they have no knowledge of the band or their music.
Theres even posers in roblox bro💀like I came up to a person who was wearing a slipknot shirt and I asked them what is their fav slipknot album and she said "What's slipknot?" I was like bro what....
the reason i started listening to metallica was because i asked my brother to buy me some shirts and he specifically bought me the metallica covid pandemic shirt, and later a friend in highschool told me it was a band so i naturally gave it a listen
Most of my shirts have been from goodwill or a garage sale. My number one rule for buying band tshirts is that if I’m going to buy it, I HAVE to listen to the band. This has led me to finding new bands and expanding my music tastes. The shirts I have are: children of bodom, pantera, my chemical romance (please don’t judge me), Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica: METAL UP YOUR ASS (this is my favorite one), obituary (this one was a pleasant surprise to find), and dissection.
Ah one of the early Kill 'Em All era shirts, nice! Actually predates that, that must be the demo era when Mustaine was in the band. Overall a nice collection. It's nice to see music fans with a broader variety of taste.
It's annoying because my music taste developed because my parents were playing rock and metal since I was a baby, so when I'm wearing a band tee I hate when someone gives me a dirty look cuz they think I'm a poser 💀
I don't get how people wear band shirts without listening to their music. Before I wear a shirt of a band I make sure I know enough about the band to have a conversation with another fan
I’m 13 and my favorite band is nirvana and I have a t-shirt. When I wear it feels like everybody thinks you’re a poser. But in my class are also two girls with AC/DC t-shirts or one girl with a Pink Floyd t-shirt and they don’t know these bands
The Nirvana shirt is true. I see it everywhere, but it’s from people that I know that constantly listens to pop, hip-pop, rap, etc. and they say it is a clothing brand
Favourite band since you were, what 3 years old? I attended their concerts in the 80s and actually bought their albums. Did you? Or were you a child, riding your BMX and playing at the playground. There's a big difference, depends if you're old enough. 80s kid, I highly doubt it. Born in 1970 and I was only 17 in 87
seeing nirvana shirt after nirvana shirt everyday at school makes me feel super good about my taste in music. knowing that they have no idea who they are while i’m wearing my orwell’s shirt. they can’t call me a poser when i have a shirt on that they don’t even know is a band even though they went to our school lmao.
This would be solved in clothing companies asked the buyer for 5 songs from the band, if they couldn't name 5 or they started googling, then they couldn't buy the shirt
One guy on street came up to me and asked if I knew any Metallica songs and at the moment I was just excited to show off how many songs I knew. I named like more than 25 since their my favourite band. He was pretty impressed and surprised that I wasn't a poser.
I ended up speaking to a customer wearing that Nirvana shirt (5:29) at my job today and he couldn't name me any of their songs right away. I listed off all 13 songs from Nevermind to him and Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are we're the only two he recognized.
Ah, one of my biggest pet peeves. I don’t even bother complimenting people on their band shirts anymore because most of them aren’t wearing them because they genuinely like or know the band.
i remember my geography teacher told me about iron maiden. At high school year, i wore an iron maiden t-shirt and my geography teacher told me bruce dickinson is a great singer and i was kind a like who's bruce dickinson and my geography teacher is laughing at me while at that time i loved sepultura and behemoth but i don't know anything about iron maiden so today, if he ask me again about iron maiden i will say to him yes bruce dickinson is the best but, i prefer paul d'anno because he has more groove than bruce. Just listen to killers album, it's so good and powerslave is good too by the way.
Been wearing band shirts when i was elementary cuz i love the bands music. When i went to highschool Tiktok Students started wearing them for the "AESTHETICS"
People who wear band shirts for fashion or say it’s just a shirt and don’t even listen the the band then there’s no point of them wearing band shirts. It just basically makes them a poser I hate that.
A girl in my class wears the nirvana smiley shirt, so I walked up to her like "what's your favorite Nirvana song?" She couldn't even name ONE. not even Smells Like Teen Spirit... My heart died. I have one of the shirts too but it's a more faded one and I love it
I hate people, if they wear bandshirts from bands, they don't even know. I am a girl, i listen to rock and metal (incuding subgenres) and most people think, I am one of these poser-idiots too. I mostly identify myself with the music & bands i listen to and if other people walk around with bandshirts and don't listens to them, it really feels like they are stealing a part of the way i want to express myself... I only wear shirts from bands, if I really like the band and know something about them, because for people in the scene (like me) it really hurts, if someone is wearing the shirts without knowing/liking the band.
I saw a girl on instagram who had 4 pictures, FOUR pictures with an abbey road shirt on. My friends and i were in a facetime group one day and she joined the group, so i played come together, literally the first track of the album and asked her if she knew what that song was, she didn't.
You missed a big one “Grateful Dead” I saw a guy wearing one today and complimented him and he told me he got it at Walmart. Then said he used to be into them when he was younger. I’m 37 and he was younger than me. The Dead aren’t a band you grow out of they are a band you grow into!!!
Just to let you know, on the internet if you type it out as “Mötley Crüe” you will be scolded by a bunch of idiots because the internet is an odd place.
all my band shirts I own are based on bands I grew up with, even though they are from the 80s and 90s I was brought up on the and I'm all for people learning about the bands, I currently have bon Jovi, chocolate starfish, queen, AC/DC and soon I will have some more cold chisel band shirts, so when I see a person who is wearing a band shirt and they don't know the band I encourage to check the band out, because music is made to be enjoyed and shared
Some people uses to wear those Metal Shirts just trying to be Cool and Angsts. but they didn't know anything from those Band's songs. How such a Poser for that kind of people.
I have a story similar to yours. I was in my5th hour one time and a girl was wearing a Nirvana shirt and “I said I like your shirt”. She said “thank you” obviously because that was a complement. I then said “what is your favorite album or song”. Then she responded with “this is a band I thought it was a clothing brand” I then said “yes they were from the 90’s” I showed her probably the most known songs by them “smells like teen spirit” and she said “oh yeah my dad listens to them”
Hi I’m a new subscriber and I own a Rolling Stones one Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin but Guns N’ Roses is my favorite my favorite album is Appetite For Destruction also they prolly don’t even know your crazy or anything goes like come on people don’t wear band t shirts if you don’t even know what it is!
One time I meant someone wearing a Linkin Park shirt of the Hybrid Theory album I said "Hey, Cool shirt" and She said "Thanks?" And I said "So, What's your favorite song off that album?" She said "Wait, This is a band? I thought this was a brand." 🤦♂️
True! Just like joy division posers (I talk about those shirts in part 3) none of these hipsters wearing a unknown pleasures shirt know what happen to Ian Curtis
But posers don't just abuse the bands by t-shirts I like Rock but I got hooked into metal because Metallica and AC/DC and I think it's stupid when a poser comes up and says "Is ThAt MeTaLlIcA?" I'll be playing Powerwolf, Burzum, Twisted Sister, Disturbed, Rings Of Saturn, Sabaton, Blind Guardian, Edguy, Meshuggah, or Animals as Leaders and some musclebound dumb-ass says "Is that Metallica?" And when I'm listening to Queen, or punk Rock bands (Such as Misfits, Ramones, Sex Pistols, Dystopia, The Exploited, Green Day, or Discharge) a idiot will either say "Is that Pop music?" or "Is that Elvis Presley?" I like Elvis but the bands I'm listening to are not Elvis. And these people who ask me if it's Elvis are people who are in there 50s.
I own a lot of Ramones shirts, then being my favorite band and all. I love and own every album from them. I really enjoy the later albums that are often overlooked (Too Tough to Die and Adios Amigos are underrated), and I get sad when people think it’s a shirt brand. I once seen some chick rocking the classic Ramones shirt and asked her to name one member and she said , “member? They’re a band?” The names of the original members are literally on the shirt. Smh. You bet your ass I was a gatekeeper in that incident. Now I see Kanye West and the Kardashians rocking Metallica and Ramones shirts because they’re trendy now. It’s sad
They're one of my favorite bands too. Too Tough To Die has the song Warthog on it which is a bad ass song (even though Joey didn't sing on it). I agree that it is jarring to see people wear the shirt but are unaware that they're a band.
I always see AC/DC shirts being abused more than my dog with alcohol. In my Highschool, i see these girls wearing AC/DC shirts and I’m like, “Oh cool, I love AC/DC, what’s your favorite album or song?”, and she named a damn song from Metallica…
Despite being 15, I would consider myself a real fan of Nirvana. The reason I say this is because my favourite album is Bleach but also because I like Incesticide, And I will admit Smells like Teen Spirit and the Nevermind album is overrated!!
Pedro 1op3z THANKFULLY i always search things up and investigate stuff so bc of thats i didnt wear a t-shirt of a band i didnt know of. P.S i just searched up the band, i actually really like their music. Its my music perference!

“You’re the reason why I drink” got me HAHAHA
That part was improvised too 😂😂
alot of girls i see at my school keep on wearing the rolling stones forty licks shirt and they all probably think its a makeup brand and it ain't
Bruh I remember being to ashamed to wear band tees bcs I was scared people would call me a poser for not knowing all the albums and all the songs and what year they came out in. But like who gives a fuck if you like the music no matter what genre it falls under or who sings it own up to it there is no shame in liking something.
Lol fr😂
You dont have to study to wear a goddamn tshirt. I'd say at least listen to two or three of their songs though lol!
I saw someone wearing that horrible smiley faced nirvana shirt.
Like everyone and their grandma? Lol 😂
Everyone wears that shirt lol
Lol i buy nirvana shirts I really like the smiley but I feel like people will think I’m a poser
@@lukehahn4784 we all feel that way now
@@lukehahn4784 You shouldn't feel that way though. If you know their music, you should have the inner confidence that you know you're a fan of the band and hey, if someone tries to "school" you on them, you can exhibit that you do know they're a band by sharing your favorite songs with them lol
I know girls that wear misfits shirts and don’t even know who the misfits are
I talk about the misfits shirts in part 2😂
Being a teenager myself, I mostly see other teens wear shirts from Metallica, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, and Def Leppard. Most of the teens that I do see that wear those shirts have definitely never listened to rock and it just bugs me lol. I would never wear a shirt of another band if I don't know anything about that band.
Lmao Fr. Vast majority of these kids wearing those shirts you mentioned don’t be listening to rock/ metal. It bugs me too tbh.
@@laraXxlisXx Exactly.
Fr, a lot of ppl at my school wear AC/DC shirts and i saw one girl in def leppard shirt
you will never catch me in a band tee i don’t listen to. i have the entire appetite for destruction album memorized. one of my fave albums ever.
I’m a big Metallica and Nirvana fan. I don’t have any shirts from them but I’m considering getting some
You definitely should👍😁
Not only does this happen with Metal T-Shirts, but it happens with Horror movie (something I'm also passionate about aside from Metal) shirts as well which are often common at Hottopic stores. Please get knowledgable and actually get interested otherwise you will be called out by the true fans or so-called "Asshole elitists" as they say of said medium.
i have at least 5 nirvana shirts (i listen to their music) and everyone always calls me a poser. it’s very annoying
i have the same kurt poster btw
Yeah it's what happens when people wear a nirvana shirt, I love them but over the years they started having a toxic fan base. Glad you love them though👍
Same😭
Same boat my friend :/
that's the reason why I will never own a nirvana shirt ( although I freaking love nirvana )
@@zektch8867 same the hard truth💔
the ac/dc shirt, i saw one today i was like yucky
Lol I talk about acc shirts in part 2 😂
th-cam.com/video/xcH2vOBMkeg/w-d-xo.html
Super accurate. Even though I cringe when I compliment someone’s band tee and they don’t know the band I try and see if I can make a metalhead out of them. I’ll nicely tell them cool songs to check out and related bands. And if they’re snobby after that then I’ll call them a poser.
Right on!🤘
Best way to do it, really
You listen to Megadeth but don't listen to or like Led Zeppelin? Surprising.
@@UnchainedEruption it’s not that I think the music is bad, it’s just a bit of a different style
My rule for band tees is that if I have atleast three of their songs on my playlist... then I can buy them😅
You do you, at least you listen to the bands
I think that's a reasonable criteria. Like you don't have to know every single song of the band you like or all the trivia about the band members but at least knowing at minimum 3 songs shows that you're aware of them and their sound and it implies that you're open to hearing more songs down the line.
Ehhhh still not a true fan
I am a MASSIVE Guns N' Roses fan, and have several of their shirts (including the one that looks like the Jack Daniels logo.) I have been asked countless times to name 3 of the songs or facts about the band of whose shirt I'm wearing, and I hate the thought of having people think I'm a poser just because I am a teen wearing a classic rock or metal tee. It breaks my heart when I see someone wearing a shirt like that when they have no knowledge of the band or their music.
What makes me sad is that people assume rock fans have got to be old people when I still like to think it's the music of young people.
@@UnchainedEruption Exactly. I'm very popular amongst my dad's friends for my taste in music. It's supposed to be for everyone, not just old people
Theres even posers in roblox bro💀like I came up to a person who was wearing a slipknot shirt and I asked them what is their fav slipknot album and she said
"What's slipknot?"
I was like bro what....
I have all of these band’s shirts because I actually listen to them. Long live rock and roll baby!
the reason i started listening to metallica was because i asked my brother to buy me some shirts and he specifically bought me the metallica covid pandemic shirt, and later a friend in highschool told me it was a band so i naturally gave it a listen
Nice! And dude its ok I love my chemical romance!!
Ah one of the early Kill 'Em All era shirts, nice! Actually predates that, that must be the demo era when Mustaine was in the band. Overall a nice collection. It's nice to see music fans with a broader variety of taste.
I have the iconic nirvana shirt but I actually know the band like Kurt and Dave and Krist my favorite song Is come as you are and in bloom
Glad you like them👍
I once had someone come up to me and say, DUDE DID YOU KNOW THAT THE T SHIRT COMPANY SUBLIME MAKES MUSIC? ITS CRAZY!!!!
Ok wtf🤣🤣🤣
It's annoying because my music taste developed because my parents were playing rock and metal since I was a baby, so when I'm wearing a band tee I hate when someone gives me a dirty look cuz they think I'm a poser 💀
Happens to me too💀💀
I’ve never gotten a dirty look about it I mostly get complements
I don't get how people wear band shirts without listening to their music. Before I wear a shirt of a band I make sure I know enough about the band to have a conversation with another fan
Preach. I feel your pain. You won't see me wearing a rapper t-shirt cause i'm not a true fan.
THATS WHY I ALWAYS ASK PEOPLE WHAT THEIR FAVORITE SONG WHEN THERE WEARING A BAND SHIRT AND THERE JUST LIKE 🧍♂️
I’m 13 and my favorite band is nirvana and I have a t-shirt. When I wear it feels like everybody thinks you’re a poser.
But in my class are also two girls with AC/DC t-shirts or one girl with a Pink Floyd t-shirt and they don’t know these bands
Real fans would get a band shirt that says Led Zeppelin with a face picture of Gene Simmons
Haa yess love this comment😂👍
The Nirvana shirt is true. I see it everywhere, but it’s from people that I know that constantly listens to pop, hip-pop, rap, etc. and they say it is a clothing brand
I feel you. GNR has been my favorite band since 1987 and I see those shirts EVERYWHERE
It's always random people on the street💀😂 but glad you love the bands
I REMEMBER THINKING THAT THE BLACK SMILEY FACE NIRVANA SHIRTS WAS A RAPPERS MERCH 😭😭😭
This is a new one 🤣🤣😭
I ended up speaking to a customer wearing that Nirvana shirt (5:29) at my job today and he couldn't name me any of their songs right away. I listed off all 13 songs from Nevermind to him and Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are we're the only two he recognized.
Ah, one of my biggest pet peeves. I don’t even bother complimenting people on their band shirts anymore because most of them aren’t wearing them because they genuinely like or know the band.
dude.. if you find a shirt, with a badass graphic from a band, GIVE THE BAND A LISTEN!!
I can’t even go to school without being asked to name 5 songs because I’m wearing a Nirvana shirt and I’m a girl 💀
Once my teacher taught im gay just bcs i was wearing a pink floyd tee
How??😂💀
Me: oh cool you're wearing a led zeppelin shirt!
Friend: oh yeah i listen to him
Me: HIM?!?!?
i remember my geography teacher told me about iron maiden.
Ironic because I made a part 2 to this video talking about iron maiden!😂

Been wearing band shirts when i was elementary cuz i love the bands music. When i went to highschool Tiktok Students started wearing them for the "AESTHETICS"
I saw some kid in my school wearing a AC DC shirt asked him to name one song and they unironicaly said "for whom the bell tolls"...I cried
that’s sad 😭

That's unfortunate dude, I feel your pain too, as a guy who listens to AC/DC and owns one shirt (The one with Angus Young's guitar on the front)
I legit wear an A7X shirt and like the waiter at Buffalo Wild Wings told me they used to be her favorite band 🤩
Mötley's shirt👌🏻
Thanks man😁
Parents... teach your children rock and roll.
Cool video.
Pedro Lopez.
THE KURT COBAIN POSTER
I wear metallica, nirvana, my chemical romance, guns 'n roses, pearl jam and green day because i listen to those bands.
People who wear band shirts for fashion or say it’s just a shirt and don’t even listen the the band then there’s no point of them wearing band shirts. It just basically makes them a poser I hate that.
Exactly! And I'm not done, part 2 of this video is coming real soon👍
A girl in my class wears the nirvana smiley shirt, so I walked up to her like "what's your favorite Nirvana song?" She couldn't even name ONE. not even Smells Like Teen Spirit... My heart died. I have one of the shirts too but it's a more faded one and I love it
My dad got me in to this kinda music and I wear the shirts all the time but I love the music and listen to it all the time
Thats awesome! I wish I grew up on this music but I had to find it out myself😢 glad you like them as well though!
That's unacceptable😂😂
Guess you didn't come together after that
Does anyone remember back when wearing a band shirt meant that you liked that band
You missed a big one “Grateful Dead” I saw a guy wearing one today and complimented him and he told me he got it at Walmart. Then said he used to be into them when he was younger. I’m 37 and he was younger than me. The Dead aren’t a band you grow out of they are a band you grow into!!!
i only get band t-shirts when i can name 10 songs and name every member

AC DC
David Bowie
Queen
Kiss
Motley crew
The misfits

How such a Poser for that kind of people.
my dad gave me a korn shirt and i dont wear it cuz i wanna listen to them more before wearing it
Others name the songs of NIRVANA
1.Smells like a teen spirit
2.smells like a teen spirit (remaster)
There was a girl in high school who thought the Misfits skull shirt she was wearing was Zero Skateboards
That's a new one😂😂
This man would have a heart attack if he stayed a day at my highschool
I have a story similar to yours. I was in my5th hour one time and a girl was wearing a Nirvana shirt and “I said I like your shirt”. She said “thank you” obviously because that was a complement. I then said “what is your favorite album or song”. Then she responded with “this is a band I thought it was a clothing brand” I then said “yes they were from the 90’s” I showed her probably the most known songs by them “smells like teen spirit” and she said “oh yeah my dad listens to them”
I don't understand how people enjoy it as much if they don't like the band as the graphic
I have pantera, Nirvana, Metallica, KISS, AC/DC, and Mötley crüe and I listen to them a lot
Who's here celebrating Pedro reaching 1k?
Omg I love your Motley Crue shirt my favorite band
Hi I’m a new subscriber and I own a Rolling Stones one Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin but Guns N’ Roses is my favorite my favorite album is Appetite For Destruction also they prolly don’t even know your crazy or anything goes like come on people don’t wear band t shirts if you don’t even know what it is!

Same!! Nice to meet another gnr fan!
Joy Division Unknown Pleasures t shirt is also worn by so many people that dont know the music
Linkin park posers are a thing too?? Wtf is going on?💀💀
@@DanteD3ad And it's a big disrespect towards Chester R.I.P.
True! Just like joy division posers (I talk about those shirts in part 3) none of these hipsters wearing a unknown pleasures shirt know what happen to Ian Curtis
But posers don't just abuse the bands by t-shirts I like Rock but I got hooked into metal because Metallica and AC/DC and I think it's stupid when a poser comes up and says "Is ThAt MeTaLlIcA?" I'll be playing Powerwolf, Burzum, Twisted Sister, Disturbed, Rings Of Saturn, Sabaton, Blind Guardian, Edguy, Meshuggah, or Animals as Leaders and some musclebound dumb-ass says "Is that Metallica?"
And when I'm listening to Queen, or punk Rock bands (Such as Misfits, Ramones, Sex Pistols, Dystopia, The Exploited, Green Day, or Discharge) a idiot will either say "Is that Pop music?" or "Is that Elvis Presley?" I like Elvis but the bands I'm listening to are not Elvis. And these people who ask me if it's Elvis are people who are in there 50s.
I remember seeing someone with a motorhead overkill t shirt on and they did not know motorhead was a band
Yeah I feel like in the latter 7 albums got more experimental and better than the first 7
I feel like everyone should know at least 1 RAMONES song.
A real fan of Nirvana who wasn't even alive in the 20th Century, good for you Zoomer. Nice one! The early 90s rocked
i just bought the “Nirvana” t-shirt today but i didnt know it was a band i- im sorry, i just saw it and thought it looked pretty cool so i got it :/

Glad you got into them! Btw don't take this series of videos too seriously its mainly meant to inform those who don't know if the shirt they are wearing is a band or not, honestly even if the person doesn't know if their shirt is a band its still a good source of advertising and it could have someone else look into the band(s)
Pedro 1op3z yes!!!!
Watch part 2 and 3 if you want! Part 4 is currently in the works
I wear all of these kinds of shirts..because I listen to the bands. A few weeks back a girl I sat next to in one of my classes had a nirvana shirt and I asked her what her favorite song was, and she confidently tried to correct me by telling me it’s a “clothing brand”
