Love your guide mate! When do i want to go pet build instead of SAC? Against kiting classes like monk and mages?
casters = sacrifice, melees sacrifice, unless you want to play seduce and sleep healer into x3 melee

The only time you cleave as a warlock is when you press Havoc, everything is single target, do you mean highest bolt dmg by any chance?

Why the need for Fel Domination when playing the sacrifice pet build?
cs a second time, when you summon a pet
Can someone explain me why u learn Fel Domination in the sacrifice build? this makes 0 sense to me since u dont need fel dom cause u dont have a pet active no?
He's using it for second kick, after spending first one.
Fel Domination offers a 2nd cs, so when you play pet sac, at some point you can summon a pet and cs again, use this macro for it #showtooltip Command Demon

pvp talents depends on what you face, Against melees = Impish,Ward,Long Gate,Soul rip, (Fel Fissure if you can cast or even shadow rift if you prefer), against casters (Fel Fissure if there's no MS in your team, Nether ward, call observer) can show you more options on stream
