Ah, that's odd. You have checked the battery the correct way round presumably? May be worth contacting Citroen if it persists

@@everythinghome yes, I can touch the pad and the car will start but can't stop it without long press or open close doors remotely. Low quality battery perhaps?

@Trystansworldoffun it's definitely worth trying some others. Occasionally people do say they get a dud battery in a pack but I've never had that issue. But worth trying. Good luck
