    Brisket in the Instant Pot - should be awesome right!! But sadly it isn't. Yes, it falls apart easily, but it's dry and hard to chew. I found a way around it that makes me very satisfied. :)
    The Instant Pot I use that has BOTH a button for Sous Vide and
    ALSO for YOGURT MAKING!!! You WANT that!!!!

    If you read this far, you deserve a reward! Here is a crazy good product only available at Walmart right now but it is SO SO worth it. It's $9 so it isn't going to break the bank :) I'm so impressed I WILL BE MAKING A VIDEO ON IT LOL.

    What an amazing surprise seeing you making cooking video's too. A Christmas tree in the background would made this so perfect. Love your work. you are truly a wonderful inspiration.

    If you would use a slicing knife instead of your serrated knife it would not shred the meat

    Soak in water, brine with salt and a small amount of baking soda for a few hours before cooking. Wash it off before and it makes it juicier.

    If you are double stacking the meat, how high should the liquid go up the meat?

    • @PetersKitchen
      @PetersKitchen  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I would go to half way of the higher meat. The good news is there is no liquid depth police, so you can change it up and see how you like it in your own kitchen :)

      A bottle of beer to almost any meat in the Instant Pot always works for me :)
