I've never been on tour but I have played the drums on stage Infront of an audience of about a few Hundred people performing at the opening of the channel tunnel in the UK in 94 I think it was , what an experience and I was only like 14 at the time so cool 👍

I mean I was looking at 1 of my favorite artists tour Schedule and I can imagine bouncing around america and Canada for shows like going literally from New York to California to Texas to Florida to Canada literally in the span of a week and then just Continuing like that for like Months that's crazy the jet log and And how tired and the Different cultures and cities and different people like d*** like I got anxiety just watching it
It's a tricky business to be in, because what they didn't really get in depth with is HOW you make money by touring. Especially when you're a smaller band. It takes merch sales, ticket sales, cutting corners, sleepless nights in a van, and a lack of good meals that actually keep you healthy. It's a whole lot more taxing and crazy than people let on. But on the flip side, they are memories you will NEVER forget. No matter how big you may end up being.
@@darkvalue505 yup. it all comes down to whether or not you want that fun life and the risk, or to be secured but live a life that's not very exciting, because you work too much to do anything else.
@@dehibler4811 I chose the first one when I was young. But since I'm older, security is much safer and smarter choice. It is less fun indeed, but you need money to raise a potential family.
@@darkvalue505 the unfortunate thing of growing up is realizing some dreams are just that. Dreams. But I've been working my hardest to make my music and get out there, and its slowly paying off. Just takes more resources and dedication than anyone likes to admit. The whole "starving artist" has never been more accurate until one works in the industry.
