That was some performance by Mary (as usual). Full marks to the Y.O.B.C.who provided such superb accompaniment for her. I hope and trust that she will perform with it again at some not too distant date.
I really would like that Mary returned to October Project. OP needs Mary and Mary needs OP. My favorites songs are Ariel, Wall of silence and Lonely Voice. Mary has a great Voice! From Brazil
a really good cover - she really rocks it at the climax of eclipse. I do think though that these two songs do need female backing singers - and "there is no dark side of the moon - matter of fact it's all dark"
I've known Dark Side for almost 40 years now and have loved it for as long... I could play it if I were a musician I guess, it's part of my brain... ;o)) All this to say it's difficult for me to hear some completely different versions and being fully objective... even though I do love Mary's voice to bits as well. I didn't like much the electro-influenced version of Dark Side that was released confidentially on CD many years ago but this orchestral version is another story... I think there we miss a warm organ and the synth of the late Rick Wright, a slightly heavier guitar sound on the chorus and some backing singers but apart from this, it's an interesting, obviously heartfelt performance... I'd be happy to hear (and to buy) a properly mixed version with all the instruments and voice correctly balanced. :o))
I don’t like it. Perhaps Mary should simply try singing other types of song. Maybe I’m too old school but...listen to this song with only a voice and an acoustic guitar would be enough. No need to have such accompaniment.
That's how she performed it when she played at my friend's party. There's also videos of her performing it that way on TH-cam. To be quite frank, I prefer it that way as well. I think that both on the album and here all the other stuff distracts from what makes her special.
The delivery. The EMOTION. Feel it.
JUST LOOK how many people of all ages and walks of life love The Pink Floyd
MUY BUENO!!!!!!!!!

Bravo. Absolutely brilliant!!
Brilliant, come to San Francisco!

Amazing!
Best rendition I've seen of these songs. Adds a new dimension to music that is already timeless.
brilliant
I have watched and listened to this quite a few times.
Just noticed she is barefoot...
wooooow!!
Interesting version. I miss an electric bass...
she is amazing
I've come here because of westworld....I always hated Pink Floyd..not anymore...these violent delights have violent ends:-)
So there's a few Pink Floyd tunes you've done, was this just a fun project or did you record and release them somewhere? Pretty cool.
She released her version of Dark Side Of The Moon in 2011. It's available on Amazon.
No No No......sorry honey but you chopped that song all to pieces.
Only Pink Floyd can do Pink Floyd this is nothing more than karaoke on steroids leave it alone.
Horrible sound mix and Eclipse takes a dive. But the orchestration of Brain Damage is great.

All of that other stuff wasn't just for this song; they were there for that whole concert.
Ehhh...just not feeling this one. I'm not knocking her, but I just don't dig the classical interpretation of Pink Floyd
