It's quite simple. Downing Street is a gated road, secured and controlled by the police; visitors are signed in and then signed out. A list of visitors wouldn't be too hard to obtain from that evening and following morning. Then, ask those visitors why they were there and what time they left, as per the visitor's log. The Freedom of Information Act would be a good place to start.

The best think you can do is find out which Tory MP's are in marginal seats, there were quite a few who managed to win their seat last election by a very slim margin. Then you write to them and ask them why they are not calling Boris out on his bullshit and that you, your family and your friends are seriously considering voting for Labour, or the Libdems, or whoever had that seat before the Tories took it last election. If enough people can convince enough Tory MP's that they will never win their seats again, they just might start holding Boris to account. It is a gamble though, they might just realise that they have already lost and grift as much as possible until the next election, or even double down on the lies and hope they can get more support from the party than they might lose from the electorate.

    • @swanchamp5136

I don't think there is, it falls on the MPs to call for a vote of no confidence as representatives of their constituents, but since the Tories hold a majority and they know their popularity is slipping dangerously low there is no way they would risk an election now. They will wait it out until the next election then possibly ditch Johnson and replace him someone popular with their voters, reshuffle the cabbinet and claim that all past sins are forgiven as they have a new leader and cabbinet despite them being more or less the same faces and rely on their voters to fall for it or use it as an excuse to keep voting for the same decline because God forbid we try and change anything in the country to make it better incase we upset the non tax paying toffs.

The next election won't be free and fair, the Tories are forcing voter suppression laws to kick the poor out of the ballot and gerry rigging the boundaries unilaterally to make it even harder for Labour to win than even Cameron's gerry rigging. Just in case they are beaten by landslide they are removing the judicial oversight of government to place themselves above the law so they can declare themselves winners with no court to decide against them. Just in case the public don't want to go along with it they are also criminalising all public protest against the government, no doubt so that if the public rises up they can call the army in to put us down. They are also abolishing the Human Rights Act, Churchill's legacy.

Rishi just sitting there watching Johnson boil in a pan of his own making and considering how he's going to redecorate his new home soon. One fib too many from Johnson, he's got to go, the Party needs a clear out and a reset, they will be judged on how they either dump him or support him.
