You should post pictures of your model train. I'm always interested in seeing other people's collection and layouts. I would love to see yours. You should share it. Chuck
Okay! I will keep that in mind. I would be happy to post some videos like that once I am able to get through posting some of my older content from this year
Glad you enjoyed. I have found that many freight movements in San Diego are very consistent throughout the week. I started looking for them in 2019 and it’s being going pretty well since then!
This is a great video however it would be nice if it was made further from the crossing because listening to the crossing bell alarm is just annoying after a very short time. I do love watching freight operations though.
Thank you, and I understand that the bells can get annoying, but with places like San Diego a lot of the public access to trains is near railroad crossings. Since there are so many of them, they can be hard to get away from
I live in north county and don't have many opportunities to railfan anymore. Thank you for showing a little of what's happening in my area!
It’s my pleasure! SD is a cool place for sure, so I completely understand wanting to see what’s been going on there!
Some fantastic close-ups of the Loco's mate. Thanks for your efforts. 👍😀
Thank you very much!

At 16:14 a great catch on the Burlington Northern car...... also cool that you caught
a Warbonnet!
Thanks! Always a thrill to see the heritage equipment!
For those of you who do not know it, the BNSF train is designated the SDX. It runs between Barstow and San Diego.
Nice Video! I always wonder when BNSF runs their through freights because whenever I go down to the yard I can barely even find GP60Ms switching...

@@rail_spike_productions Do you remember what day and time you caught the freight at 15:55 ?
@@Therobloxrailfanner_113 that was July 28 at 3:30pm. An unusual daylight SB freight, and on a Sunday too
Nate, I am a huge train buff. I even have a layout in my garage. I would love to see those freiggt trains up cl ose. Great video.
I as well have a bit of a collection of model trains at my home! I’m very glad you enjoyed the video
Nice hunting 👍🏼✨💯
Thank you!
Good video, like
Much appreciated!
nice video
Thanks !
Awesome Railfanning from San Diego @Railspikeproductions! Also, that BNSF Train you saw 10:08 what street is that?
Thanks very much! The street next to where I was filing was California Street. The crossing at W Laurel Street was located right behind me
0:23 what time was this at? I know the SD-IV will sometimes start switching at 7:30-10 but never this early. Wonderful catches.
Thank you - that was a little past 7pm on 7/15/24
@@rail_spike_productions thanks.
