@@SITENG let's say i ned to mark some Columns. But all around there is screen protectors. So from ground floor I need to transfer points on the top of the slab, but how if the slab is not poured yet, it's only rebar.
nothing there the set the targets on? maybe on the screens and each time survey them after lift for the next level. No core there? You would need a station below - pin on the slab and then set up on top (you would need an opening in the slab where your station is) It's hard to advise really if I am not there
Brilliant video Greg. There was a lot going on the site therefore they needed you to give them confidence that all is well. At least the houses will be on good footing since they are sitting on the piles. Superb video.
Hi Jordan! This is the video, I was using reference line with offset having the corners co-ordinates. See my last video where I show how to bring the info into the robotic. Please follow my LinkedIn page where soon you will be able to download some drawings and than you can see the info yourself :)
Hi! It's definitely enough, the most important is your attitude as this determines the pace you will learn and be useful for the company 😁 All the best, keep looking for assistant engineer, junior engineer role, you're more than ready for it, you will learn all on site👍👍
Hi Qazi! Yes it is, you need to look for it though. Some companies offering 1 day a week college while working 4 days on site which is even better I think.
Perfect video, more daily videos please:) thank you very much.
Thanks Emre! There will be more soon :)
Nice video😇
Thanks 😊 Happy you like it!
Thank you so much engineer !!
You're welcome!👍👍Thank you!
Awesome video on a realistic day in the life of a site engineer
Thank you very much!
Great video, more please
Thank you! Will be more, I promise :)
Greg, how to deal with lattice plank: seting out the edge and transfer points on the slab? Thank's.
What do you want to mark there. Can't you just tape after installation?

Great, happy you like the site 😁
Can you make a video of setting out house foundations

Great videos ...Can you make a video on how you mark the top level of the beam using laser level ??
Hi Rajarshi! Do you mean setting level for concrete?
@@SITENG Yes. Setting level of concrete to maintain uniform level.
@@InsideMyWall It should be there on the video. Please check also my Setting out video nr 01 where I show the laser :)
@@SITENG Found out the same and it's very simple to use. Will propose to procure it in my next project :)
Yeah, definitely try to get one :)
Brilliant video, I don´t know why only 22 people like
Thanks Eder! I think people don't realize how important it is :)

Safety!! 😁😁
@@SITENG can you please do a video on site safety standards should be provided on site
Hi, can't promise this one any soon, but will try to do it
@@SITENG okay 👍 thanks
Is a HND in civil engineering a good enough qualification to get started as a civil engineer?

Is it possible to get an apprenticeship in this
Hi Qazi! Yes it is, you need to look for it though. Some companies offering 1 day a week college while working 4 days on site which is even better I think.
I would say get the apprenticeship at around a degree level, go college and do a civil engineering level 3 extended diploma and get DDM or DMM
👍
Thank you!!
working hard making videos I see 🤣
Yeah, very busy ;)
Waffling
Will try to be better next time :)
