And it can be entertaining. Upon seeing the waifu fanservice in gacha, it's just... it's like how you'd imagine a straight guy at a gay bar would feel, but they told him there would be women there and maybe there is 1 or 2, but 90% of what he sees is just gay fanservice unrequested. Not sure how else to describe it. 😂 The waifus and fanservice doesn't bother me in and of itself. It just feels bad when you really wanna play the game, but there's not much there for you to fangirl over. You start to feel like the devs don't really want you there, but at the same time you're confused because there are male characters in the game. But you can clearly see the guys (like in Honkai Star Rail) are not as sexualized nor meta as the female characters. And there are fewer guys in the game. So eventually you start to feel like you were baited or like you just don't matter and were lured by the devs to inflate player numbers for a while.
The thing with shaving is probably due to the control that you have in the situation having them so vulnerable and and basically at your mercy as you weild a sharp object that can so very easily cut them if they move in a way you don't desire.
