For those who didn’t watch close enough, the material used for and edge finishing of the bathroom doors is pathetic for a home if this highest caliber. Those doors have a reinforced plastic running all the length and at the door jambs that is so poor in taste for a classy home and even classier properly. I did not notice an exhaust over the range in the kitchen either. Looks like they skimmed over it by leaving kitchen window open to let the breeze in. Using Onyx marble throughout for “classy” look seems a little cheap given how dated it already looks in some rooms. But I guess that is how it is in Mumbai even if you pay in the neighborhood of at least $4 Million (about rs.28-30 crores easily).
I am seeing it while I am from a middle class family and just have 20 lakh is a big thing!!!

This property is great but it needs a more detailed analysis and display of the wonderful features - sliding doors to the balcony, recessed lighting, custom cabinetry, etc. The clips were short and hurried and we did not get the full effect of what the view from the living room or the bed outward is. It is the small things that catch an experienced eye. The master bedroom should have a bed skirt of a cover for the box spring mattress. The dining area should have a painting above the dining table if the house is being sold fully furnished. There should be a television instead of the stand only. etc. Sorry but having worked for architects in Mumbai, I see things. I don't mean to criticize but help you improve your promos.

I lived in Monisha the building next to Chand Terrace from 1970 to 1992.
The people are putting this as a joke, 20 Cr is not the value of 3bhk Houses in the area at all. Even 10 Cr for this can be called overpriced

@@Saroj7-7-7 rather invest in mainstream stocks like s&p 500 or any big international company stock that you believe in, fd gives 5% a year while the inflation rate in india is higher than that so you are still losing money. Stock give you over 7% on average a year which is higher than the inflation rate hence its more worthy
