asmr ☆ coloring a postcard ☆ no talking

Finally have video of me actually coloring a postcard! I was always planning to make another one after I scrapped my first attempt last month. That first attempt gave me nausea lmao My camera ran out of battery before I could finish...bummer.
I had trouble deciding what to draw for the thumbnail for a bit because I was supposed to have done it yesterday, but I was too busy painting other things so by the time I had to make a thumbnail for the video, I was too tired to brainstorm. I was going to post a black-screen painting video yesterday, but I scrapped that idea because the sounds of the brush and painting were too quiet. I sighed a lot and I burped a few times so I was like wow, this is too depressing to post lmao
This is a postcard from the Millie Marotta collection. I don't know if they still sell this boxset anymore? I bought mine years ago. I plan to color all the postcards eventually and then maybe make a show-and-tell video? After I finish coloring, I usually use the postcards for scrapbook projects or I tape them up for viewing. I think I'll eventually use them to write notes to my friends as well. I keep too much stuff for my own good lmao
The sounds are very quiet in this one. I don't recommend turning the volume up too high if you want to go to sleep with this video, I'm afraid the ads I can't control will wake you up. So take care of your eardrums, everyone!
I chose the rabbit postcard because I'm planning to draw a rabbit sooner or later for a thank-you note. Hopefully, I'll remember. My brain flitters and forgets things all the time lol
I don't color the whole postcard on purpose. It's a style choice lol I like seeing the white spaces trying to harmonize with the limited color and gold ink. I used to color everything behind the lines and found I was a bit bored of the process so now I'm trying this method out which I think sort of works because a lot of the lines and print of the postcards are TINY. Also, it's sort of like the examples in front of the box. So I thought why not try their way?
