They found no human fault was made, the ribs and BBQ exceeded all expectations and were outstanding, and attributed the cause to the only thing left to take the blame; " an act of god." OSHA hates that as they are always driven to find a witch to burn at the stake for such tragedies. They tried. They really really tried.
