    That truck looks amazing and such good info. I don’t even have a dually and I watched the whole video. Good stuff.

    Looks great and I like it. That’s what I would like to do to my Dually without lifting it. Can’t wait to see what else you’re going to do to her.

      It’s all one step at a time bro, start with the things you can do now and build on it from there. Looking back I think I would go down to a 22” rim just to open more tire options. What kind of truck do you have? I love stock height and lowered dually s with a nice wheel set up. I think big lifts should stay on single rear wheel trucks.

      It’s a bit more effort but will protect the electronics that are back there. With the price of trucks you got to protect the investment.

    With the fuel rims witch offset did you go in the rear, stock , leveled , lifted ?

    Hi, looks really good!
    if you choose to not use super single at the front, do you still go with positive 1 offset to make 35" fit on stock suspension?

      And also, what spacing is your wheels? Street, lifted, or extreme?

    Why do the wheels stick out? Do you know the offset? I have ran all the way up to 26” American Forces with adapters and they did stick out that far.

      Hey Steve. I got my wheels at a local tire shop. I have about an inch in between the tires. I have the E rated 12 ply nitto G2s, I just had a 6000lb pallet of stones over the weekend and not even a budge in sidewall flex. Ripped down the highway at 75 smoother than empty.

    Would a leveling kit alleviate the need for trimming? I have the same programmer except it is branded as hypertech. No need to hook it up to power. Just the OBDII port is enough.

      As long as you have the proper axel ratio and not towing fully maxed you will be fine. I pull my 17000 lb 5th wheel no problem. No trans temps issues nothing.

    Thank you for the video I ended up doing 22-in American Force Wheels on 37 in tires on my 2019 dually with a super single. my truck has a much wider stance and the tires come out of the sides which I like that look but yours looks nice as well I also did a step because my duly didn't have one all together I spent $18,000 and it was worth every penny. Oh I should also mention I did a three and a half inch lift in the front and a 2 in the rear it has a perfect stance where the front is just a little higher than the rear which I also like. My duly doesn't have those fender flares I'm wondering if you know where I can get fender flares I have the granite paint it's like a gray thanks

    • @dshudson
      @dshudson ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I shouldn't say lift but it's a leveling kit in the front and back also my rims have a huge offset like deep dish rims which I like that look as well that's why I didn't go with the traditional dually front tire I'm surprised you didn't have an offset whereas you could have just put in regular dually tires without getting a super single couldn't you have?

    • @JimmyDs
      @JimmyDs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I could have but I like the super single look over the dually fronts.

      @JimmyDs  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Rouben,
      Sorry I actually sold this truck and went back to a long bed. Pulling my Fifth wheel I still had around 6-7 inches of rail clearance on a level 40’ trailer.

    ill never understand the rear wheels do they have to be a certain width & do you need spacers for them not to rub each other ?

    • @JimmyDs
      @JimmyDs  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No I did not have spacers. Depending on the offset and width of the tire you don’t need them. If you tow I would not use spacers

  • @kris76stewart
    @kris76stewart 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    What are the offset of the wheels? This looks so much better than the fronts looking like cones

    • @JimmyDs
      @JimmyDs  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      So they were a -1 offset. I had -12 on my last with slight rubbing on a leveling kit. But the -1 only needed the slight mods as shown.

  • @rubentamez7326
    @rubentamez7326 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What was the bolt pattern when for the front? You had to take off you adapters correct?

    • @JimmyDs
      @JimmyDs  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Ruben,
      The front with the spacer removed is the 2018 and older 8x6.5 bolt pattern. The rears will remain the new 8x200mm.

    • @JimmyDs
      @JimmyDs  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So the older 2WD trucks sit a bit lower than the 4WD. It might be possible with the right offset but I honestly could not tell you for sure.

    How does it feel to be rich?

    • @JimmyDs
      @JimmyDs  4 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Far from it. It’s all about timing when you buy stuff, setting goals and working your ass off to get things you would like to have. I started with a 300 dollar truck and slowly worked my way up over time. You will not get things over night so don’t loose hope, just keep chipping away at your goal and it will come full circle. Just remember there are no free hand outs and no easy roads if you want to be free in life.
