Thank you for this video! I am trying to knit the funfetti shawl, this is my first intarsia project. I am finding this challenging so I really appreciate your video. In the funfetti shawl, there is also a three-stitch icord on both sides of the shawl, but the intarsia section is on the edge of the shawl and also part of the icord so changing back to the main color seems tricky. Any help is much appreciated. thanks again for this video!
You're so welcome! I just took a look at the pictures for the Funfetti Shawl and love it! For those intarsia edge sections, if the new color is more than a few inches wide when you join the new color I would cut your main color and rejoin after the intarsia. Otherwise it looks like you would have some long floats. Let me know if that makes sense!
