Dream Build Fixie Bike - Classic Road Bike Restauration

It took me a lot of time, finding the right parts for this Bike that fitted my expectations.
I wanted to get the old frame sand blasted and afterwards powder coated in this perfect colour called "Rauch Grimm", which is an "candy paint".
The next steps would be finding the perfect saddle an Handbar tape, maybe in cognac leather.

How did you paint the frame? I've got the same and the paint is slowly falling apart :(

I got it powder coated by a special paint shop. Before painting it, they chemically removed the old paint and rust or oil. This is necessary for the new paint to last long.

At first I build it as an Singlespeed, but completely transformed it back to an classic steel road bike. See my other video for the result :)

really fine job. but i must add, waaaaaaaay tooo much lubricant and grease used on it. does not require that much.
