Rent is 9,500, the good thing is, it is only on 500m distance from my office, so just go by walk daily.
6,000 miscellaneous spends (food(lunch only) and other stuffs)

Its near to Marathalli
There are two Bagmane tech park, one in CV Raman Nagar and one in Outer Ring Road. If your office is in ORR it will be approx 2-3 KM and if it is CV Raman Nagar it will be approx 8 KM.
