He said that man caught all the fish. 😂 keep’em reeling!
Thanks for watching!
Good video as usual. Glad you were able to do something before the rain. We’ll be here waiting for more. Be blessed😊
Thanks so much, as always, appreciate you!
When you are able, could you speak about how you store your mud and fiddler crabs and what you are using on the yak to keep them? I kayak fish a lot and am just now getting into using crabs? I have caught about every species of fish here on the Neuse but have yet to catch a sheep head, looks like a great fighting fish. Thanks again for all the great informative and exciting vids and encouraging words from His word.. 😊
So, I store all my crabs in a small container that I use from a cast net that I bought some time ago. Pretty much any container will do, just make sure to add air holes, a little dirt (sand, mud), and a small amount of water. If you decide to take them home, be sure to put them out of the container so they won't overheat. Place them in an open area with the same things i describe earlier. Hopes this helps bro, appreciate you watching!!!
Crank eeeem 😂
Yes sirrrrrrrr!!!!!
Awesome vid, I have to ask because you slay them sheepshead, do you let the bait stay on bottom or do you reel up a bit to get it off the bottom? Also, what size jig do you use, weight and hook size? Your hook up ratio is insane on those convicts!
Yes sir, so typically tend to only use bottom sweepers when kayak fishing for sheepshead. I normally use 3/4 size if current plays a factor, but if the water is calm, I tent to cling to a 1/2. As for presentation, I always drop to the bottom first, if not hit withing 20 seconds, i will reel up about a foot or so until I locate the proper depth that they are at. I hope this helps bro!
Been shore fishin for a long time. Me and my son just got kayaks and were lookin for a non boat ramp to launch from on the NC coast. I been a sub for a minute and hoping you could give me a good spot to launch from and park a box truck. The kayaks are heavy (150 lbs a piece) if the parking is close even better, but not necessary. Any help is much appreciated. I respect your fish game and if you know a good bait and tackle shop nearby that's welcome too. Thanks for your help still a sub if you can't!!
