I've made plenty of poor decisions in my life, but I can say that none of them involved purchasing a PSAP phone system. Next video is going to be you having a functional PSAP/dispatch system. I love it
Good luck finding the full setup for it. Requires a Win7 PC (last version we released) and the activation licensing required to get the unit operational. From a rudimentary setup, if you can get the software profile installed and programmed with the activation license, any analog FXS based line can trigger usage.
@@anongator this unit is not going to be operational without connectivity to dedicated emergency trunk lines through the phone company and access to a 911 tandem.
I can swing by the shop on the way in today if you have not found it yet as ca send you a copy I just pulled several out of 911 centers all across the state when we put up the wvsirn network in Wv. There is still a pile of old units still saying around we was just talking about Jung had them but several of us tinker with things as well and just like any ham radio fella will make use of it somehow and yes you can bypass the 911 trunks lines sent a friend one and his running from his ham shake over p25 😂😂😂 let me know if you found it by now if not I got you
Reasonably if you have the basic line card unit, it sounds like all it needs is standard analog trunk lines. So an ATA would work.. However I've got a Telco grade switch in my rack I can just pull lines off of
When I get back to the shop, I’ll talk to the manager. I may be able just to send you another Z Ron 3100 and I can either link you the software. I’m almost 99% sure that he would let me get one to send you, we have eight of them, they have been setting up in storage for the past 10 years sometimes working for Motorola has its perks

At least it's a $200 poor choice and not a multi thousand dollar poor choice XD

Yea that's about what I found out. I'm working on getting rid of the whole se
I don’t have the PSAP phone software but I have the Zetron Integrator RD console software if you’d like a copy.
Sorry. Not something I'd need. However if you upload it to archive.org I'm sure someone has a use for it

Nope still looking. Just got my master line pickup unit and the KSU line card rack in today... Just need the software to make it useful

Oh for sure. Working for Mother M has been one of the best jobs I've had XD
You wouldn't happen to have the install manual/more trunk cards as well wouldn't you? XD
Thought I had it but its for a 4217B.
Yea I don't expect many people to have it as it's not your standard Zetron product that everyone would be touching
