Dear Max, you r correct. However, coming up from the field called aviation, the cabin crew role in particular, having a photo in which we look absolutely presentable and with a smile is definitely necessarily while applying for the Cabin Crew job. Even in our online schedule system where our schedules are available, etc, we do have the information on the people we fly with along with their photos. The recruitment team will be happy go get a CV with a photo, and this fellows that do not have work experience should definitely do and go more than an extra mile to present themself as outstanding candidates. Wishing u best of luck in ur job.

This sentence should catwthe eye of the person viewing your CV and be interested in you. Avoid writing things like "very customer oriented professional" and similar things cause everyone does the same. Write a sentence that would say some peculiar fact about you, yet it should tell that you are skilful individual and a professional. Not an odd one.
