Unless theres a bug in the practice range where i tested this, mruadin e lvl 16 gives 2s cd no matter how many heroes you hit. (obv you need to hit at least 1)

I’m currently plat in Asia server. To me Muradin is easy for beginners but very hard to master it. It’s an assassin like tank, very aggressive.
