Hey do you think you could make a video on how to find speed garage vocals? Like those really catchy rnb and house ones. I tried looking up old rnb and house tracks but kinda hard to find the specific style I'm looking for.
I make my own but draw inspiration from these kinds of sampling techniques mentioned here. It is a lot more involved though and if you're not a singer this may not be an option at all for you. You can't lift melodies either you have to rewrite them basically. When I say draw inspiration I mean it. Not copy. Scour the internet for inspiration and then use that as a stepping stone. You'll need some processing software like autotune, Little Alterboy etc but I reckon it's more fun. I like finding out the limits of my voice for example. It always surprises me and it almost always delivers more than I think it will. Plus it's fun and you get essential writing experience that you need anyway. You're making something new too. That's the upside to the "it's more work" part of it. And I guess lastly you don't have to worry about copyright etc.
I love how max doesn't fuck about, bro just gets stuck in and tells us what's up. Mad respect brother Max
Cheers my thug
Don’t think I’ve ever watched a productive tutorial and been warned that I could end up homeless 😂 Jokes man. Good tips as always though!
