There’s a very special festival in England called “boomtown” I grew up listening to the old school dubstep sounds of caspa and Rusko. I eventually got to see them play back to back in the shipping container stage there and it was absolutely insane I couldn’t believe how good dubstep sounded out of these bad boy systems ❤❤
It’s honestly so cool how you can just do this lmao, every day as well!! Would be sick if you maybe revisited some of your older videos like the Eliminate one?
i love those snare sounds. The metallic texture to them make it sound literally like someone recorded it from like a junkyard or something. also i still wanna see you make on a video hardstyle or rawstyle.
i'd love your take on commercial house/festival prog (calvin harris' summer, avicii's levels, zedd's clarity, etc.), potentially with some fun twist like making it mysterious. would be cool!
Loving this series Neddie! I highly suggest you get your teeth stuck into old school dubplate and uk soundsystem culture, they are the heaviest Influence on the UKG scene appart from garage which took its soul from early house in the early days of speed garage! This track of your has real Benga vibes to it! If you ever want a 121 chat about sub bass, how soundsystems are designed and built. I'd love to share my knowledge!
Fuck man! The fact that you did this with just Operator is wild. Watching your process is crazy, really. I DJ and produce this genre and found this really inspiring. I'd play that track in a set for sure!
Dude this tune goes fucking hard. After learning how to program i want to get back into music production and do my part in deep dubstep. Big ups, subbed
Dude makes making that deep dub in operator look easy! Thanks dude!! I had trouble in vital and I was always too intimidated to even try it in vital & you put it in such a way where I wasn’t intimidated. U a real one Neddie!
this type of dubstep is one of my favorite things, love this tune! P.S, i think you should try making some halftime DnB like alckemy, neddie neurobasses would go crazy
@@NeddieOfficial all of aphex twin essentially, ‘everything about you is special’ by venetian snares, and something that’s quite different from what you make called ‘leyndell’ by harsh
I'll never understand how Neddie is able to just make whatever he wants and it always turns out so good.
kinda sounds like ass tho?
I won’t stop till neddie does the happy future bass
if this comment gets 30 likes I'll do it next video
@@NeddieOfficial yessssssssssss

you haven't heard dubstep till you've heard it on a soundsystem 🤞❤
Idk how neddie does it but he literally can recreate any sound and melody he thinks of and that's amazing
This is the most Neddie ADHD video ever yet and I love it

fr and the tracks are actually really good too. Very impressive that he's able to be so consistent

good tip is you can use a convolver reverb to make most snares and claps sound like that

alongside pop house i would also love to see ned's take on old school house, like crystal waters type stuff
YES THANK YOU!!!!! thanks for hearing me out dude, awesome video as always
You should try making tearout (or any heavy bass genre) without any distortion plugins (amp, saturator, etc.)
S tier content. it feels like im just hanging out with you everyday with these videos
i havent listened to dubstep in years but isn't UK dubstep just... what the genre originally was?
Excellent result Neddie
many thanks

Sam g, nujabees, dion timmer, eould all be sick to see those styles
He said womp womp
Damn that was good. I think it would slap on a big sound system.
And i feel strongly about that kind of dubstep

Your one of the most underrated producers at the moment.
People who put reverb on bass are absolute chads

if this snare was a rimshot this would be perfect
Pro tip you can get some sample cds from the 90s for that really dirty old school sound. Especially hip hop samples

Can you do melodic Dnb?
I did liquid dnb earlier, might be what you're looking for!
@@NeddieOfficial Nope, what I'm looking for is something like Panda eyes - on my own or Rob Gasser's music

present a challenge for yourself and make some IDM
I've actually been meaning to check out this genre, any recommendations?
