- Welcome to Kevin's European Garage this video is how to change the oil on a 2020 to current AUDI Q7 55 this will also work for the AUDI Q8 55 with the same V6 turbo Engine.. Sorry this does not cover the 4cyl turbo. Thanks for watching..

Nice video! The number of plastic bellows that can crack, especially from the heat from the turbo's location, over time is amazing.
I bet a lot of other critical and expensive parts things inside the motor have failed long time before the bellows starts to crack.
The capacity is 8 qts on these. When I change the oil in my 2020 Q7 8 qts put it right on the money.

Well you definitely took the long way home. That's the way I used to do it also till I figured out Audi engineers put the oil filter on the top of the engine for a reason. Now I use an oil suction pump (readily available on Amazon) to remove the old oil through the filler tube Then I remove ( or just slide aside) the air filter assembly and replace the filter. Voila! All done in about 30 mins.
Could you do a video of using oil suction pump to change oil for Q7 please?
Do you have to remove the whole air filter assembly to remove to filter? Let me know please if there is an easier way to do it
@@Raffaele8919 no, you don't have to remove the air filter assembly. You just lifted off of the rubber mounting bolts and move it slightly to the left. You will see the oil filter down below. There are existing TH-cam videos that show you exactly how to do this. I highly recommend it it will save you a ton of time.

@@yunusbuffins5729 There is no dipstick but there is the dipstick tube which is used for sucking oil from an oil pan.
