Recently subscribed to Archana's kitchen mailer and videos and absolutely love what she churns out.. No frills, no fancy trimmings.. Just great easy to try absolutely delicious treats. My son loved the moussaka and am waiting to try my hand at the rest.
I've done Greek moussaka with some shredded chicken My God. It was so good. Taste amazing like lasagna but without lasagna. So I can try this vegan type cz my dad is fully vegan.

I'm going to make it once I get all the ingredients .I love mussaka...I also like the titles that pop up and shows amounts 1/4 cup so on..I made your recipe of the tofu sandwich with the mustard and it was wonderful. Next will be that one ..Thank you ....
I have made moussaka and I’m Greek American . This is a very different recipe. The béchamel usually goes on the top of the moussaka not in the middle . The tomato sauce in the middle and béchamel on top .
My friend who will be visiting this June for a month is a vegan and I would love to surprise her with this dish, but is no vegan. How can I make it vegan but just as delicious as your version

Made this and turned out great! Didn't add mushrooms coz didn't have any, but it tastes great eithrways!

Great! It would be better if you gave out measurements e.g. how much butter, how much flour etc
Lovely recipe....however,a pinch of nutmeg powder,the essence of a Moussaka, is missing.....it gives a touch of Greece in the Moussaka.
