This tactic has saved my Sheffield Wednesday save. From 5 games without a win, an early Carabao exit and rumours of the board being unhappy with me, to 4 points clear at the top of the league with 6 games to go! First vid of yours I've ever seen, subscribed and looking forward to many more!
Got sacked by Wigan and Bradford before stumbling on your videos, used this tactic for Stevenage in League 2 won the League 2 title in first season, then after 2 seasons in League 1 won promotion in the third season with no transfer budget across the seasons in charge, great tactic
I'm trying this with Watford in an online save with a friend. 2 league games in, beat Norwich away 3-1 and then beat Liverpool at home 3-0. Looking positive 👍 Would be good to mention what type of players best suit the roles eg wingers and striker must be fast etc
I would love to see you do a GYRFM v GYRFM v GYRFM tactics test using Tactic Tester database. Plug in all of the FM22 tactics Gareth has produced over the last of the 6 months and see which comes out on top....
The results from the test look fantastic, but from what I've seen, GYRFM is the maestro. If I may ask a quick question though, when testing do you freeze the players injuries/fatigue etc? or just let it run in a normal way?
I literally just click holiday with use current tactic after loading it and come back at the end! Players can get injured, tired or whatever happens happens. Editor is off!

I tried this one a while back, did really really well in my holiday mode tactic test save, coming 3rd out of a total of 100 tactics tested, but I just can't get it to work anywhere near as well when managing myself. It's obviously me that's the problem there though :D
Works ok with bigger teams. In my lower class I am struggling creating chances but I am at the end of the season and it seems no tactic is working. How do you guys setup tactics? I used the 4-3-3 Thanos I think it is as my main, Swansalona as attacking and kante as more defending
I would keep the tactics a similar shape as training three very different ones can slow down how quickly the players understand them. So for example this and the swansalona isnt too far and i have about 3 or 4 433s with different setups so I would prob try and make the second and third tactic a altered version of the first if that makes sense.
for a while I switched to this to shore up games I couldn't win by more than 1 goal....however after a time it seems the AI has adapted and I've given up 90 minute+ goals after switching to this. Its infuriating.
You say switched so I am assuming the tactical familiarity is still low and you are training it as a second tactic possibly? Make it the primary and give it time. The volantes are specialist roles same as the iwb so just switching and expecting the team to pick it up is unrealistic. I am also unsure what tactic your switching from. It's not a sure up tactic it is setup as positive so just because the positions are deeper the team lines and instructions are all attacking.
Funny that u try it with bayern.. i think dortmund have the players to fit it, and it will be interesting if haland can measure up to leva's number of goals
@@HoodGamingUK I’ve used the Incredible Hulk tactics with great success he makes. I am currently in season 3 of my man utd save and winning trophies all the way true, Liverpools 433 wide tactic tactic in game is quite strong I think city are default that way as well, seems exceptionally broken as well. I wonder for the day that’s in it whether he is thinking of doing a ten hag inspired tactic !

Does it work with underdogs?
It is strong defensively and has done well in a Derby test run by someone else so I believe so!

Hey man, it's always difficult to compare tactics like that. To be honest, it's all about the strengths of your team and the players you have.

I have done a few with Dortmund as have others so just chose Bayern as the elite this time. They have good wingers tho which has probably helped.
