Haven't experienced On Call Service, if that's what you mean. We have a service department that take care of any service tickets and on call, from what I heard it sucks, because you can get called any second of the day, but there is benefits to it like going to take care of a ticket and fix it in 30 minutes and charge 4 hrs.
