Hand painted fashion is HUGE right now, but not everyone has the artistic ability to do it themselves.... Until now!!
I am going to show you how to Splatter Paint your vines, and stamp your flowers.
Anyone can do it, regardless of artistic skill...it just takes a few practice swings ;)
MATERIALS

This paint will NOT come out in the wash!

I love this. I didn't know there was a hallmark channel with crafts. I thought it was just hallmark movies. I love these jeans so much! You can make mommy and daughter matching jeans and jackets or just jeans. Like you said you can do a juvenile pair with the colors and a mater pair with mature colors. Lol hope I said that right.😁 I'm realizing these videos are years old. Do you think that some I should make because they are out of style? If so which ones please? I'm not good with what's in or not. Acetone can help you get acrylic paint out of clothes. I know that wasn't the point of this video, but like, I studied chemistry in college and sometimes I forget that that's not common knowledge. Just be careful using it abrasively on synthetic fibers.
@@candyflossinct If the varnish is synthetic or polymer based, I'd give acetone a shot! If it's water based, stick with soap and water! I did a similar thing to a pair of pants once and acetone got most of it out. To me, it sounds either oil or acetone based, given that washing it isn't doing much. If it's oil based, give a mixture of hand sanitizer and dish soap a shot

I was shocked when I saw you myself this morning. But it was well worth it.
So making these. You could also cut out flowers from scrap fabric and glue them on also.! Either cut out flower motifs, or cut flower shapes!! So many options !! To make yellow pollen put yellow on a toothbrush and use that to make splatter dots!

I may actually try this...I have a lot of acrylic paint I need to use...hopefully I can water it down a little to remove some of the stiffness🤞🏽
There is a fabric medium you can get to mix with acrylic paints for fabric.

Also, if you have two color of paint on a plate, dip the brush one side into one color and the other side into the second color. Then stamp. That way, you get a flower with some depth. One color should be a darker color and one a lighter color.

I like that she uses the same paper instead of using a new one. Little details matter.
dip yarn into the paint and drag across the jeans for vines without spatter.

Tip: I work with convicts ( I’m their English teacher here in Puerto Rico ) they cut a straw- like a wedge- dip the straw in paint, then blow the paint 🎨 also with a toothbrush it’s still a splatter, but with different effects. You have to see the works of art they create with anything their hand touches. They even custom paint their sneakers 👟

The DIY Designer really hard l! Then I realized I didn’t have enough paint or a big enough brush. Lol. But my hand painted skirt turned out killer ;)
